I would definitely recommend! The owner is very friendly and polite, the portions are generous and very reasonably priced, and the food is great quality. The fish is very tasty. And they do excellent vegan fish & chips too, so there is something for everyone.
I just adore this fish and chip shop! The vegan options are just fabulous!! My absolute go to chippy! The staff are lovely, the food never fails! Very happy!

Been here a few times, really tasty, great prices and also incredible service. The man who serves is such a nice man and you can tell he really cares about the customer when he is serving and always has a smile on his face. I will be coming back here for years to come. Cannot recommend this enough.
Food is spot on and a good price. Best fish and chips I have had in a while. Best curry sauce I have had from a fish shop.
This place was a great find, really delicious proper fish and chip shop chips (with bits / scraps if you like), nice mushy peas, tasty (and just slightly spicy) curry sauce, and a vegan menu including fish, burger & sausages. Great place to stop by if you're in the area or going up / down the Elland
Great find for fish n chips after a walk in Ripponden. Just googled Fish and Chips, this business came up with directions and we were not disappointed. Fish was in crispy batter, good chips and sausage. Great service too. Would deffo return. Great value for money.

Called here for first time after visiting my parents after going to watch huddersfield town. I had long journey back to Anglesey so happy to call. What a delight the owner was super friendly and the fish and chips were excellent will call here again after football
