This is a beautiful old pub. It's over 250 years old, but is very well kept.
The food was delicious! I had the Highwayman burger and my wife had the Cod and chips. Both were some of the best we've had in the UK. The Honeycomb cheesecake was a great ending to our meal.

Sunday lunch was very nice, would have liked the food a bit warmer but tasted good. Not huge amount of meat but plenty of veg. Nice atmosphere and staff friendly and attentive which is always good.
