We went to the ASN ice skating session, the staff were very helpful and supported the kids fantastically. By the end all the kids were able to skate around the rink and enjoyed it (was a bumpy start) we had the last 15 mins of the session to ourselves and cannot fault them at all.

Nice gym, quite busy though most of the time, Great facilities for the gym and the swimming pool and relaxation facilities, they're always clean and fresh, nice sauna and a steam room with a big pool to swim in + an entertainment for kids

really really solid for a leisure centre gym! £6 for a day pass and really easy and smooth to do at reception. Staff were lovely and the gym was clean and tidy. Nice and quiet in the morning !

Was at the ice rink as part of a private hire group, but have been here a few times in the past. Good local facility with gym & group classes, as well as a swimming pool and the Ice rink.

Looks a really good facility with a number of exercise options. We used the swimming pool for the wee one and he loved the slide going into the toddler pool.

This is my preferred option for taking my two kids swimming being a single dad. It's never too busy and allows me to relax a little when the wee ones are enjoying life. Theres a nice warm shallow pool for the smaller ones with a wee slide for them to enjoy, a splash pool for the very wee ones with interactive things for them to play with. The larger pool is great for the kids to practice swimming in the deeper stuff. And every now and then they open the big slide which is fun for all. All this at reasonable prices, better still of you get a membership. Would recommend.

Frequent user of the gym, good to have it open later and that it encompasses the fit life card. Only criticism is that it needs more free bars including tricep bar

We have been a member at MLC for a couple years now. Generally we love it. The facilities are great, it’s very reasonably priced and the staff are always friendly. We tend to use the gym which is well kitted out. Some of the gear is lacking some TLC and it can get REALLY busy at times during the day. There are often a lot of school kids “hanging out” in the gym and not reallly doing much but aside from being in the way, it’s all good! Generally great location! Well done guys

Really annoyed with ice skating. Why do public skating sessions rotate in an Anti-Clock wise manner? Bad Juju. Apart from that, all good. Also, no chips today in the cafe to go with the cheeseburger. RIP.

Swimming pool is brilliant with smaller kids paddle pool. Has full gym and use of a jacuzzi. Changing rooms are clean. Staff helpful and they have a cafe in the centre. Ice Rink is good fun and Gym has every machine you would require. Fit Life card is good value if used regularly. We will be back

Great place all round. The gym is grand, while not the most top ranged it has a great selection of both mechians and wights. The pool area and relaxation sweet is a good essprcally after a work out session. While not a huge fan of ice skating the ice ring is kept in good condition. The cafe is a good place to eat at the end of the day.
