A brilliant nursery. Plants are in great condition and a good price. The composts are brilliant and great value. Highly recommended.

Huge selection of plants & shrubs. Also garden chemicals & compost etc.. Reasonably priced. As the sign on the way in states - "No Frills". We'll be going again.

Not easy to find unless you have SatNav but nursery has a splendid range of composts and great range of well cared-for plants. Very helpful staff.
Always a pleasure to visit. Excellent quality and the sheer variety makes every trip there an event. Their multi purpose compost is so much better than the rubbish sold at discount in the supermarkets ... And Kelly is lovely!

It's in the middle of nowhere the staff are friendly and helpful the products in general aren't cheap
But that's probably due to lack of competition. Where I live in London there's more garden centre's so they have to compete.
Fabulous range of plants and related products. Miss having the cafe to go to as it meant we visited more often and probably spent a lot more too as after a cuppa we often went in for round 2

Useful spot for plants. Live in a seaside location and this nursery is close to sea so plants don't find the location a shock to system. Fair prices for most stock.
The best garden centre certainly in Cumbria. Exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly staff, extraordinary range of plants.
