We visited yesterday as we fancied a coffee and a pastry. The staff were friendly, and our lattes nice and hot. The pastries were lovely and fresh and they didn't mind us bringing our dog in. Will definitely go there again.
Great rich coffee! Nice pastries, atmosphere and staff.

Friendly staff, comfortable cafe and best coffee in Egham and local area.
IWe love it here. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the coffee is consistently good.
Caffe Nero is always a delight, stopped here on way to Heathrow, great little find right on Egham High Street, will be back.
Lovely little café on the high street with some great vegan options
Lovely café - the carrot cake is always a win! Its a shame it is nearly always busy when I'm in town as I'd like to go there more often!
Does what it should. Same as all the others... yum... little choccy too. Was nice to come in and chill. Nice to sit outside in the summer I bet.
Nice atmosphere, nice coffee, clean up way before closing time so left
Caffè Nero was clean, service was efficient and the coffee was hot. Usual fare on offer, we had cake, tiramisu and black forest roulade, both of which were good.
This one star review has nothing to do with the staff. The staff are wonderful but the clientele includes a group of extremely loud group of old guys who bellow their bigoted & racist views loud enough for everyone in the coffee shop to hear.
They sneer at any student of non-white patron of the cafe, they make it incredible uncomfortable of an environment to sit in considering that the clientele of nero is diverse in all areas: race, age and gender.
this group of middle aged unemployed lay-abouts who sit in nero and nurse one coffee between the 5 of them for 3 hours taking up all the seats have been a great deterrence for me going to nero. I have been a regular of this nero for 10 years since it was first built, throughout my time as a student at strodes and royal holloway and it does some of the best coffee you can get from a chain. All i can say is keep going to this cafe nero because no doubt these old bigots will croak soon
Social distancing, I guess it's all about that now, is not a thing with the outside tables. 3 hygiene stations are well stocked. Service was friendly and coffee was very nice.
