I've had a great experience at this place. The food was good with a reasonable price. The place has a lot of active offers that you can use such as: 3-Course deals, 2-Course deals, student offers and 30% off all the time. I really liked how nice and friendly the staff was.
Very friendly staff. Pizzas are really good. The only reason this isn't 5 stars 9s because the tiramisu was dry.
Have enjoyed a few lovely meals here in the last few months. The menu and food are of a really good standard. The only let down was the speed of service. The staff are lovely, but overstretched which leaves slow service and dirty tables for diners to look at. We were seated 20 minutes before a drink was offered. Just before 10pm on a Thursday evening, I visited the ladies to find the young lady serving us during the evening, cleaning the toilets! Maybe the business aren’t hiring enough front of house staff? Royal Holloway University is just along the road if you need to do a recruitment drive. Just to clarify, the staff were all lovely and this was no reflection on them.

My family and I come here once a month to eat and it's honestly our favourite place.
We had a family Christmas lunch and the whole thing was excellent! Special thanks to Tracey and the staff. Smiles and great food. Highly recommended. Super convenient to get to and park.

We were staying at a local hotel (Beaumont) but fancied eating elsewhere for a change of scenery, found this Prezzo just a couple of miles away so gave it a go. We do love a Prezzo and their kids menu is great value. First night (Saturday), they were very busy but we managed to get a table for the 3 of us, staff were welcoming, attentive and the service was very quick in the circumstances (they also had a lot of takeaway orders too - it was fun watching the pizza chef at the front, never seen someone move so fast). Lovely food and wine. We came back on Sunday night too and ate different meals and again, it was a lovely evening (also accepts Taste Card 2 for 1 on Sundays so that was a nice bonus). Really nice, clean and friendly franchise, we'll certainly visit again if coming back to Windsor.
Extremely happy with everything! The food was both affordable and high quality (very good value for money). The server, Minnie was amazing! Great humour, positivity and wonderful customer service. Love my overall experience. Definitely recommend it for a date, catchup or any other kind of meetup!
