Very pleasant inside and outside seating. Our panini's were delicious with quality ingredients and very well presented. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. It's also the little things like a good sized teapot and separate hot water jug, that differentiates great from good. With ample parking,
Just enjoyed a fabulous afternoon tea. Amazingly tasty sandwiches, scones and cakes. The service was first class too. Followed by a walk around the gorgeous gardens. A lovely afternoon out, totally recommend.
Had fathers day afternoon tea ,and if that's the quality of the food ,we have to go back and try more ,it was fantastic 😊
Superb - the Coach House is one of my favourite places to eat. The food is gorgeous, always well cooked, flavoursome and nicely presented. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the cafe is in a beautiful setting.
I like Eggleston Hall Gardens and café. I have visited a few times over the years and have always enjoyed the food. There's plenty of choice on the menu and all of very good quality. Service is prompt and staff friendly. In good weather it is well worth wandering around the gardens which are lovely.
Lovely coffee and tea cake in-between walk around lovely gardens. Hidden church was a surprise. Loads of plants, food for thought for our garden re-furb. Thankyou.

I had booked the afternoon tea for 3. Fantastic value for money. Lovely selection of sandwiches, savouries and sweet treats :-) with tea or a choice of drinks. Will definitely go back again. We also went round the gardens too.
A must to visit. The food is great. Wonderfully produced home made food. Beautiful place to visir High quality the beef melts in your mouth. Just the right amount of food for your plate. Not too much, not too little. Clean, nice and tidy cafe with a nice little shop next door.
Warm welcome Covid aware cleaning stations on entry plus track & trace. Hot Food freshly prepare & nicely presented. Good choice of gifts. Seating indoors & plenty outside too but sadly not all undercover.
Took my Mum for breakfast 16.06.18, fabulous perfectly poached eggs. Don't get here as often as we'd like (living in Darlington) but it's well worth the effort. Lovely place, staff and the food never disappoints
Always friendly staff, pleasant and helpful. The food is delicious. We were here for lunch today, every thing was hot and freshly cooked. Coffee and cakes, well worth a visit.
We really enjoyed our visit , staff are really nice , food is very good and reasonable priced , well worth a visit . We will come here again .
Couldn't fault our lunch. Always something a little bit different on the menu. Can't wait to try afternoon tea - several visitors had booked and the selection looked amazing. Made enquiries and there are a few choices of menu. Reasonably priced too.
After having a good look round the gardens and buying some really unusual plants, some we've never seen before, what better way to finish off, with a lovely meal, snack and drinks, friendly staff I highly recommend this place to everyone.
Lovely. Supporting local businesses is a great thing. What can I say but lovely. Indoor as well as outdoor seating.
