We were pleasantly surprised at our chance stop at the Milk House. We just had time for a drink and a snack. The food was excellent, the tea hot, and the ale worth drinking. We will return. Definitely a stop worth making. The staff were helpful, friendly, and efficient.

Love the Millhouse. There were three of us,pizza all round and a nice bottle of rose. Unfortunately I then went to the loo! They smelled and obviously need a very good clean. I think better to receive this review from a fan? A
Just had my birthday weekend here, spent a couple of nights staying in The Churn. Lovely room, clipper tea (THE BEST), fresh coffee, cold fresh water bottles and fresh milk all in your room! Good food, friendly staff. Plenty of space outside on a dry day. The handy app for ordering food and drink doesn't list teas and coffees, however, so we had to order and pay for them the old-fashioned way.
Well worth a visit. Not inexpensive, but you do get what you pay for. Good food, well served, by friendly staff.
