The staff here are really nice. If you come here often please say hi to them. Very good people
Great staff, always go above and beyond and if a sandwich is not available they will try to make it quickly at the back. Food/coffee is if Gregg's high standard quality. No complaints, other than the general disappointment at some items missing from the menu, but that's on Boris and the brexiteers.

Clean, and we'll stocked. Prices are very reasonable for hot drinks and food.
Although I think they could do much better on the Gluten Free side, as could only offer me a packed of Gluten Free: Chocolate Brownies". They could provide Gluten Free rolls, for hot breakfast rolls, and cold filled sandwiches rolls, for lunch etc.

Friendly staff and fast service. I ordered pizza slice and they told me if I can wait 1 minute to get fresh from owen as slices on display might be cold.
Went to this store today and got the breakfast deal. But the person behind the counter failed to register a token properly.when will your staff be trained to do thing properly. Very disappointed by today's service as a loyal Gregg's customer.
Asked for a bacon and sausage and a egg and sausage roll. Got charged full price but when I got home, ready to tuck in, the sausage was absent from both rolls....
I called to enquire about the problem and the manager (Liz) was absolutely lovely and explained there was trainee in today, which of course I can forgive as everyone starts somewhere! She took my name and told me the next breakfast rolls would be at a discounted price. That piece of communication is key and helped an underwhelmed customer understand the situation.
Liz is a credit to the company! Very kind and respectful! Never had anything go wrong until today, but even this little hiccup was put right immediately and she made me feel like a respected member of the chesser/gorgie community! We all make mistakes, but the way we rectify those mistakes is what makes the difference and these guys were absolutely fantastic in dealing with the situation and that’s what matters.

Greggs is a very affordable place to eat. Place to eat with seats and tables.
Staff very helpful and very friendly. Nice place and great atmosphere. Good selection of food available. Sausage rolls are great as well the jam doughnuts. Price is reasonable and there is access for wheelchairs.
Was a very enjoyable experience, easily by far the best and cleanest greggs I’ve ever visited. Ross was brilliant! His customer service was second to none.
