Lovely little cafe on Dalry Rd. I always pop in for a coffee on my way to catch the bus to work. The staff are so friendly, the dogs are cute and the cakes are yummy. I also treated myself to a bag of ground coffee, which I have not done in years. The member of staff even gave me a 500g bag of coffee for the price of 250g, so that was a nice surprise. Such a chilled atmosphere inside the cafe too. Keep up the great business 😊
The vibes of this place are immaculate. Cannot recommend enough. We enjoyed the dogs as well as the coffee. Must hit if you’re in Edinburgh.
One place in Edinburgh YOU HAVE TO STOP for coffee. Experience and atmosphere is just too unique to describe.
Don't rush. Just enough and absorb your food and drink.
Absolute golden spot!
Will be back!
Also, bought their merch so telling everyone about them if I hear they are heading to Edinburgh soon.
Excellent place to chill out and have a fabulous coffee
They always make sure the coffee is exactly how you like it. There's oat milk and ther syrups are free. Reasonable prices. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I always thoroughly enjoy the time I spend here. There's free wifi also!
The best coffee shop in Edinburgh in my opinion! Thanks to ask ther staff. I appreciate the dogs, bear and buck. They are important for the experience. Both dogs are extremely friendly, it adds an extra touch to the experience of enjoying coffee here.
It's a MUST visit I think.
There's a piano and the furniture is rather retro. An enjoyable experience every time. This is consistently a good place cir a coffee and to switch off.
There's also a bench outside.
Beautiful latte art, great tasting beans, the atmosphere is upbeat, and the baristas are friendly. This has a unique personality and worth the stop for a coffee!
We speed-ran their loyalty card in just four days, that's how much we liked it here.
A laid back, dog friendly little neighbourhood joint whose vibe is basically "what if a pub run by your friends served strong coffee instead of pints?", their specialty are drinks that get you wired and ready for anything the day will throw at you.
The 100% Robusta Indian Cherry Tree tastes like a full bloom orchard that will fight you for dominance and will phaseshift you into another universe. Their houseblend (50/50 Robusta & Arabica) offers a slightly more mellow buzz (and only phaseshift you into next week). The Ethiopian blend (100% Arabica) is your gateway drug, btw. Their brownies offer a nice counterbalance, as they're dense and just the right amount of sweetness.
Special shout out goes to baristas Dale and Maggie, who made our frequent visits all the more enjoyable.
10/10, would shoot my heartrate through the roof again.
The best coffee we had in Edinburgh! Very welcoming and kind staff. This little coffee shop in Haymarket area is a must when you’re visiting this amazing city.

Staff was hilarious, great coffee, and welcoming cafe. Would recommend.
Throat Punch is one of the four walkable coffee shops near us, but we choose it every time. It ticks all the boxes, good prices, great coffe, friendly service and lovely dogs.
Great coffee. Local dog very happy to confirm that yes... yes he IS a good boy.
