The food tasted great. Not your ordinary pizza, with some different flavours.
Staff was really nice too and food came out of the kitchen quickly.
I would recommend checking it out.
Amazing pizza, you can definitely taste the freshness of the food. As a foodie who has a soft spot for pizza, I hope that the company continue maintaining the quality which is beyond the price. I am truly impressed and will be returning very soon to taste the rest of this menu.
We arrived by chance, saw the pizzas from outside and decided to go in.
The pizzas were delicious, the lemonade was just right (not too sour and not too sweet).
The order arrived quickly and the staff was very friendly.
The atmosphere is also nice. Definitely a very good option to have a great dinner and a good time at a fair price.

We were looking for a place to eat dinner the other night near our Airbnb. I remember seeing a pizza place down the street near the bridge that looked pretty nice ( Franco Manca.) My family said pizza sounded good, so I checked the Google reviews on Franco Manca and it sounded like a good option.
Many reviews mentioned the wonderful crust of the pizzas. Well, I will tell you I agree with those 5 star reviews!
We walked in and saw every table in the upstairs seating area was taken, so we thought we just might have to take it to go, not realizing at the time they had a downstairs seating area as well. The host met the four of us, and walked us back to an empty table on the back patio. What a score, dinner and a view!
The staff were all very friendly and attentive.
The place was pretty busy, but the pizzas arrived at our table faster than I expected. We all loved the pizza! I have to say coming to Scotland and having some of the best pizza I have ever eaten kind of surprised me. The crust was fantastic and of course the rest of the pizza was just as spectacular! My 17 year old son could not stop raving about how delicious his pizza was. I thought we were going to have to buy another one for him. Our daughter had the number 2, our son had the #9, and my wife and I had the #7 (spicy pizza.) I love spicy food, and this pizza hit the spot for me!

THE best pizza in town and in the top 5 globally for me. The sourdough base is truly amazing. Please do try the number 9 - mushroom and truffle pesto pizza .. holy cow I was in pizza heaven.
Pizza was the best we've had on our travels. And that says a lot as we just came from Rome and Barcelona. All the food was delicious. Wish we could take this place home with us.
I was actually unaware that there was a Franco Manca in Stockbridge, even though I was staying in that area. I happened to walk past it on a Sunday lunch time when everywhere else was packed but for some reason it was quiet here. Great pizza, great coffee...weird combo I know but thoroughly enjoyed.
Very nice pizzeria in the heart of Stockbridge, with a fabulous view on the Water of Leith.
The pizza was very tasty and well made. The service though was a bit disappointing. We waited for more than 30 minutes for our pizzas, apparently they forgot about our order. I was expecting some apologies because of that but they didn't, hence I asked for the service charge to be removed.

The staff is friendly and careful, making sure we were having a good time, without constantly hovering around us like other places do. The whole team even sang happy birthday to our friend without us requesting it, they even had a candle on her cake. What a nice surprise!

The playlist was really good, the decor was fun and inviting and the location is one of the best in Edinburgh!
We also overheard someone being turned down at the door for bringing in a dog, which we were very happy about since the kitchen is in the middle of the floor! I'd rather have my pizza without dog hair!

Lovely pizza. The restaurant could be very busy at times and no one was available to take the order during my visit. But I enjoyed the food after a bit of waiting. Good value for money taking into account the location and in a nice iconic building along the Water of Leith.
