The food tasted great. Not your ordinary pizza, with some different flavours.
Staff was really nice too and food came out of the kitchen quickly.
I would recommend checking it out.
Amazing pizza, you can definitely taste the freshness of the food. As a foodie who has a soft spot for pizza, I hope that the company continue maintaining the quality which is beyond the price. I am truly impressed and will be returning very soon to taste the rest of this menu.
We arrived by chance, saw the pizzas from outside and decided to go in.
The pizzas were delicious, the lemonade was just right (not too sour and not too sweet).
The order arrived quickly and the staff was very friendly.

We were looking for a place to eat dinner the other night near our Airbnb. I remember seeing a pizza place down the street near the bridge that looked pretty nice ( Franco Manca.) My family said pizza sounded good, so I checked the Google reviews on Franco Manca and it sounded like a good option.
THE best pizza in town and in the top 5 globally for me. The sourdough base is truly amazing. Please do try the number 9 - mushroom and truffle pesto pizza .. holy cow I was in pizza heaven.
Pizza was the best we've had on our travels. And that says a lot as we just came from Rome and Barcelona. All the food was delicious. Wish we could take this place home with us.
I was actually unaware that there was a Franco Manca in Stockbridge, even though I was staying in that area. I happened to walk past it on a Sunday lunch time when everywhere else was packed but for some reason it was quiet here. Great pizza, great coffee...weird combo I know but thoroughly enjoyed.

Lovely pizza. The restaurant could be very busy at times and no one was available to take the order during my visit. But I enjoyed the food after a bit of waiting. Good value for money taking into account the location and in a nice iconic building along the Water of Leith.
