Was looking for a cafe to do some work and came across this one. Ordered a cup of detox tea 🍵 It came in a very nice cup although no idea what was the tea exactly. Advantages: the place is quite spacious and has big French windows 🪟 which is wonderful for people watching. There is also free WiFi and 🔋 The downside is that they ask people with 💻 to sit in specific areas. The area in the back with regular chairs and tables is great, but there are not too many places to sit there. The seats just in front of the big window are not too comfortable for working. Another unfortunate issue is that the staff didn't take away dishes after the costumers left. I was sitting in front of someone's sad avo on toast for nearly an hour.

I have pleasure to meet the owners and staff at EFF(Edinburgh Food Festival). They are very lovely! I can tell, they put their heart into the produce and atmosphere. Definitely will visit their place soon! Pastries both, sweet and savoury are stunning! Hyper fresh and full of flavours! The dough from Tsoureki (cinnamonroll) is a game changer! Cant wait to see their place. Must be lovely as they are! Don't hesistate, just go and check it out!

One of the best chai lattes in Edinburgh I have ever tried. Not only the flavour but the glass and the presentation was beautiful. I was sitting in the window with my laptop and the atmosphere was great. Perfect spot for a chilled moment. There were some people at the tables and uni students working with their iPads and computers. There is a specific area to use your computers. Lovely background soft music that mixed with the people talks gives you a nice cafe vibe ambience. I didn't take any pastry, but they all look amazing. The hot drinks menu looks great as well. My wife got a fredoccino and a latte and they were gorgeous as well. 100% Instagram spot facing the meadows park. I will definitely come back to try the hot chocolates range or other specialities they offer. The staff was also friendly and calm. Just the perfect vibe you need for these places. In addition, we saw they do from time to time some evening events with music, we'll definitely join one in the future. Overall, great cozy café in Edinburgh worth visiting!

Really nice café. Wish was bit warmer in side though. Staff very nice and welcome. Coffee needs improvement as I’m coffeeholic and I didn’t really enjoy it . Hot chocolate was good. I cream also good. There is no place to park as is on main road.

What a gem we stumbled upon in Edinburgh. Great food, all homemade. Food has a Greek/Cypriot influence, which makes it super unique and delicious. And GREAT coffee. Staff super welcoming and kind. Love the minimalist design with lots of natural light from the windows. A must when visiting Edinburgh! Can’t wait to return here in the future. 😊

A Greek Culinary Oasis: Where Coffee Meets Delightful Flavors I recently had the pleasure of visiting the enchanting cafe that is a true gem hidden within the heart of the city. From the moment I stepped into the warm and inviting space, I knew I was in for a delightful experience. This cafe effortlessly marries the rich flavors of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine with a cozy ambiance and impeccable coffee, creating an unforgettable culinary journey. What truly sets this cafe apart is its commitment to using high-quality ingredients. Every bite burst with freshness! Of course, no culinary journey is complete without exceptional coffee, and this cafe does not disappoint. The aromatic notes of freshly brewed coffee danced in the air, beckoning me to savor every sip. The service was exceptional, with the staff exuding warmth and a genuine passion for the culinary treasures they offered. This cafe is an absolute must-visit for both locals and visitors alike.

Lovely place, with friendly staff and owners that value the quality of their products as well as their customers' satisfaction! There is a wide variety of food, pastry, hot/cold beverages and even cocktails to chose from. I had a latte, which was really good! I've also got spanakopita, which was delicious, but I couldn't resist to try something sweet too, so got a brownie which was amazing. I would also highly recommend the cinnamon/Nutella tsoureki!

A really nice design and atmosphere for a cafe just at the corner of the street. Love the high ceiling and openness of the cafe, allowing light to shine upon the place from all angles. Great menu variety filled with pastries , savoury dishes and drinks as well. A great place for a brunch date!

Very nice and cozy place with a great variety of fleshly handmade goodies every day (savoury and sweet)! Perfect corner to enjoy a cup of coffee or herbal tea (amongst other drinking choices).I really liked the fact that it is bright and while sitting there you have a view at the Meadows, instead of just seeing other buildings. The owners/staff are very friendly and happy to clarify any questions about the ingredients. Will definitely go again!

Lovely place for locals, students and all. Been here a few times. Had the vegan club sandwich and my daughter who will be going back to 3rd year Uni has the Halloumi burger. Great staff, ambience and from my perspective price. The only major complaint I have is reading the ignorant review by Pietr below ! To which I feel the owner left a balanced pragmatic response. To clarify, 1) the cafe and I have visited many times caters for all - in fact Petr I felt you review was racist 2) in terms of price ! Do you know what’s happened to energy prices and general inflation ? Prices have gone up everywhere and you also pay for location. 3) I have always found the food delicious. Also with a name like yours I assume you are a foreigner ? Are you complaining about the sound of your own voice ? I felt your review rude ‘ P.s I am a professional ! Mixed race been in Scotland all my life ! To the owners well done on your response.

Wonderful coffees and good sized cups so great value. Excellent granola for breakfast. Evening menu is good but not special. Chips aren’t great. Busy vibe.
