Was looking for a cafe to do some work and came across this one. Ordered a cup of detox tea 🍵 It came in a very nice cup although no idea what was the tea exactly. Advantages: the place is quite spacious and has big French windows 🪟 which is wonderful for people watching. There is also free WiFi an
I have pleasure to meet the owners and staff at EFF(Edinburgh Food Festival). They are very lovely! I can tell, they put their heart into the produce and atmosphere. Definitely will visit their place soon! Pastries both, sweet and savoury are stunning! Hyper fresh and full of flavours! The dough fr
One of the best chai lattes in Edinburgh I have ever tried. Not only the flavour but the glass and the presentation was beautiful. I was sitting in the window with my laptop and the atmosphere was great. Perfect spot for a chilled moment. There were some people at the tables and uni students working
Really nice café. Wish was bit warmer in side though. Staff very nice and welcome. Coffee needs improvement as I’m coffeeholic and I didn’t really enjoy it . Hot chocolate was good. I cream also good. There is no place to park as is on main road.
What a gem we stumbled upon in Edinburgh. Great food, all homemade. Food has a Greek/Cypriot influence, which makes it super unique and delicious. And GREAT coffee. Staff super welcoming and kind. Love the minimalist design with lots of natural light from the windows. A must when visiting Edinburgh!

There is a wide variety of food, pastry, hot/cold beverages and even cocktails to chose from. I had a latte, which was really good! I've also got spanakopita, which was del
A really nice design and atmosphere for a cafe just at the corner of the street. Love the high ceiling and openness of the cafe, allowing light to shine upon the place from all angles. Great menu variety filled with pastries , savoury dishes and drinks as well. A great place for a brunch date!
Very nice and cozy place with a great variety of fleshly handmade goodies every day (savoury and sweet)! Perfect corner to enjoy a cup of coffee or herbal tea (amongst other drinking choices).I really liked the fact that it is bright and while sitting there you have a view at the Meadows, instead o
This place is my favourite place to go for coffee if I’m around Newington at the moment! nice selections of sweet and savoury things to choose from, very nice coffee! The staff are amazing!! smiley faces always welcoming and a good service.
Lovely place for locals, students and all. Been here a few times. Had the vegan club sandwich and my daughter who will be going back to 3rd year Uni has the Halloumi burger. Great staff, ambience and from my perspective price. The only major complaint I have is reading the ignorant review by Piet
Wonderful coffees and good sized cups so great value. Excellent granola for breakfast. Evening menu is good but not special. Chips aren’t great. Busy vibe.
A wee impromptu stop for coffee and cake en route to festival theatre. What a great find. Coffee was outstanding and the lemon cake was 😋. The staff were so friendly and make you feel so welcome. Great effort guys 👍💪👍💥
