Nice Times Bakery - Edinburgh - Photo album

We were early to meet our daughter so we decided to get off Haymarket station and walk to Waverley. So glad we did as we found this gem on the way while looking for a place to eat breakfast. We had sausage rolls and they were really really good. Hubby had cinnamon buns on the side with coffee and I
vegan options, cute interior, pleasant service, fresh selection! coffee was okay but nothing extraordinary (which is ok given it’s a pastry place not a coffee shop!)
Incredible vegan cakes, interesting beverage options (e.g.salted caramel hot chocolate), friendly staff and cool interior. Would definitely recommend! ♡
Now this is a hidden gem of a place. Freshly baked behind the scene you can smell it before you get to it. Hot baked bread, dreamy cronuts and slices of temptation in the window. Excellent coffee and great service. Breakfast in Edinburgh sorted. Or just go when you have a craving! Only thing I will
Amazing vegan treats, we love the cronuts, the peanut butter crinkle and the chai latte! During Covid time we routinely went for a treat on Saturday morning getting our treats from the side window (see photo). Update 27 February 2022 cappuccino and chai tea still amazing! Increased selection of savo
America comes to Edinburgh! What a wonderfully quirky wee cafe this is - the best antidote to the corporate coffee palaces that dominate the centre of town. And the best cinnamon swirl this side of Pismo Beach, California. If I could pack this place up and take it home, that's what I'd do!
Such a lovely bakery, the staff are so friendly, the coffee's great and the cakes are so tasty. I got a lemon curd cruffin (croissant - muffin mix). Would recommend.
Lovely staff and delicious baked goods. My dog even loved his biscuit. Nice Times was my first choice to make my wedding cake and it was absolutely beautiful, thank you!
Cute little cafe/bakery. Friendly staff talked us through all the pastries. Opted for the cinnamon bun and sausage roll, which were both delicious.
Don't usually leave reviews but MY GOD that passion fruit CRUFFIN deserves it. Outstanding flavour and crispiness of the croissant. Simply a 10/10
Discovered this place today while exploring Edinburgh before my room check in and I'm glad I did, cakes are worth the money. As was the sandwich i had as well. I will be back before I leave this week!
Delicious breakfast rolls and cinnamon rolls! Very small to eat inside, but we’ll worth trying…everything was very fresh and the staff were so sweet.
Pastries were amazing coffee was very good. Service was very nice and such a quaint little place. Would definitely recommend!
Great Cafe with great vegan options. Mostly cakes and pastries, not much in the way of meals. Friendly staff and great music.
Delicious. Far from mainstream. Attention to detail. Home made. Yummy.
Just had the vanilla bun which was like putting a delicious fluffy dream in my mouth, safe to say this will be added to the list of tasty foods I think about often!
The pastries here were out of this world. The cruffin with raspberry jam was a 10/10. Cinnamon rolls were great and wonderful, handcrafted lattes and coffee with friendly service.
Very friendly staff! They put a little too much butter in the pain au chocolat but in general I would say this is a place I would come back to, even if it's just to try the cruffin! The seats are not even close to comfortable but to have a quick breakfast or bite, it's alright :). The atmosphere is
