Black Sheep Waffles in Edinburgh is a great find that we stumbled upon, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. This unique concept of ordering through a touchscreen and having your food and drinks prepared for you is not only efficient but also incredibly satisfying.
The menu at Black Sheep Waffles offers a wide variety of options. During my visit, we tried the bacon rolls, Nutella waffles, and some delectable small donuts. Each dish was a delightful explosion of flavors. The quality of the food was great, and you could tell that it was freshly prepared with care and attention to detail.
Seating may be limited, but it's clear that many patrons prefer to take their orders to go, and I also noticed several deliveries being picked up while I was there. This is a testament to the popularity of Black Sheep Waffles, and it's easy to see why.
The cleanliness of the place was impressive, and I appreciated the availability of charging outlets for devices. It's those small touches that make a big difference in enhancing the overall experience.
One notable point is that Black Sheep Waffles held its own despite being right next door to another popular coffee chain. The food here was clearly superior, with no microwaved items in sight. It's evident that they take pride in the quality of their offerings, and it truly shows in the taste.
Early birds unite. Great cup of coffee for early risers. The other coffee shops weren’t open yet. I was lucky to find this spot. A bit expensive $8 usd but worth it.
At first, the only reason we went to Black Sheep Coffee was because it was literally the only place open early in the morning. That said, after we had it one our first morning, we went back the second time because it was so good.
We had cappuccinos, donuts, muffins, and croissants all which were delicious. We were a few of the only people who dined in which was nice to sit down and relax.
Coffee is ok. A bit on the flavorless end of dark. Like, too much deep dark.
They do have two sizes of flat white, which is an oxymoron. It’s not a flat white if you have a large size. Right? It’s a latte.
Otherwise the vibe is great and I may come back in the evening since it’s one of the few places with later hours.
Great coffee and breakfast items. Expect airport prices. 5 stars for range of items, location, staff, and love that they’re open so early! Cool vibe inside and they have self-serve ordering kiosks.
Visited other Black Sheep locations before so went to this one in Edinburgh. Always a fantastic experience and this didn't disappoint.

Shout out to Kirstyn for remembering my face after not showing up for half a year. This is the best place to work, chill, hang out with friends. Coffee is consistently great. As an ex Black Sheep barista, this is 10/10. Always feel welcome and baristas are friendly and genuinely happy to be here (as are the customers).
Great coffee shop but a bit crowdy. Nice chai latte.
Delicious coffee, you can choose from different types of milk and you can even choose what coffee blend you’d like. We had some toasties, vegetarian sausage roll and waffles with strawberries and nuttela. Everything was great, the staff is very friendly and everything was ready just in few minutes.
Nice place to go for a coffee on North Bridge with a cool vibe and atmosphere.

The Norwegian waffles are AMAZING! Worth going there for that alone! The coffee is nice and I also had a smoothie which was tasty.

I get a coffee almost daily there, one time the shop was closed due to scaffolding or whatever reason, my online order could not be completed, a refund was issued but did not happen. When I raised the concern with Megan, she made sure what I paid for, really appreciate that.
Well done! Kinda bummed to read that that are opening in Texas and skipping over Houston though. My oatmilk latte was on point. And thay cheese toasty! Delish. Truly the HEB of chain coffee houses. For those outside Texas, this was a big compliment.
Always come here during the week when I get chance. Very chilled and comfortable environment to be in. Also staff members if I remember rightly Kirstyn and Alex were very attentive in the coffee shop on my last visit, consistently providing good customer service, with smiles and warm welcomes.. I would recommend anyone who loves good coffee and a relaxed environment where they feel comfortable to pop along to north bridge black sheep coffee 🫶🏼
I would like to give Black Sheep Coffee a Massive shout out! Last week myself, my wife and 2 friends visited the black sheep coffee shop in Edinburgh on North Bridge. We only had a coffee each and a bit of a sit down after a busy day visiting from out of town. We unfortunately left there forgetting to pick up a carrier bag of souvenirs, we contacted the shop through the website later to see if they were still there. Black Sheep Coffee contacted us a week later saying they had found the carrier bag and would send it back to us free of charge. Thanks to all involved in this, great customer service.
The staff were very polite and friendly. They made me feel welcome immediately and were able to give me some great recommendations. Coffee was excellent and the latte art was beautiful. Would highly recommend visiting
