Black Sheep Waffles in Edinburgh is a great find that we stumbled upon, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. This unique concept of ordering through a touchscreen and having your food and drinks prepared for you is not only efficient but also incredibly satisfying.

Early birds unite. Great cup of coffee for early risers. The other coffee shops weren’t open yet. I was lucky to find this spot. A bit expensive $8 usd but worth it.
At first, the only reason we went to Black Sheep Coffee was because it was literally the only place open early in the morning. That said, after we had it one our first morning, we went back the second time because it was so good.

Visited other Black Sheep locations before so went to this one in Edinburgh. Always a fantastic experience and this didn't disappoint.

Shout out to Kirstyn for remembering my face after not showing up for half a year. This is the best place to work, chill, hang out with friends. Coffee is consistently great. As an ex Black Sheep barista, this is 10/10. Always feel welcome and baristas are friendly
Great coffee shop but a bit crowdy. Nice chai latte.
Delicious coffee, you can choose from different types of milk and you can even choose what coffee blend you’d like. We had some toasties, vegetarian sausage roll and waffles with strawberries and nuttela. Everything was great, the staff is very friendly and everything was ready just in few minutes.
Nice place to go for a coffee on North Bridge with a cool vibe and atmosphere.

I get a coffee almost daily there, one time the shop was closed due to scaffolding or whatever reason, my online order could not be completed, a refund was issued but did not happen. When I raised the concern with Megan, she made sure what I paid for, really appreciate that.
Well done! Kinda bummed to read that that are opening in Texas and skipping over Houston though. My oatmilk latte was on point. And thay cheese toasty! Delish. Truly the HEB of chain coffee houses. For those outside Texas, this was a big compliment.

I would like to give Black Sheep Coffee a Massive shout out! Last week myself, my wife and 2 friends visited the black sheep coffee shop in Edinburgh on North Bridge. We only had a coffee each and a bit of a sit down after a busy day visiting from out of town. We unfortunately left there forgetting
The staff were very polite and friendly. They made me feel welcome immediately and were able to give me some great recommendations. Coffee was excellent and the latte art was beautiful. Would highly recommend visiting
