Second branch of Butta Burger and it's just as good as the original. My chicken Kiev burger was smoothered in a delicious black garlic mayo. The chicken was succulent with a crispy coating and a good quality bun. Togarashi fries were crispy and moorish. Ordered a bonnet hot sauce dip on the side which did exactly what it said on the tin.

I ordered truffle beef burger and I love it. The restaurant is quite spacious, a very nice place to have lunch or dinner with friends

This was a quirky nice place. Known for its burgers. I loved the decor and the way this place looked. It had Boho dinner vibes. It was clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was good but my burger was not as hot as I would have liked it (which is a preference). There are 2 locations in Edinburgh. I went to the one in quatermile which was very nice.

Are you joking? Look at those burgers! We had the beef Smokey Q burger (fine as hell, tender) and the Truffle Chick which was the showstopper - massive bit of fried chicken (crunchy and succulent) crispy fried onions and covered in their homemade truffle mayo, unreal. It was that big, you need to ask for cutlery. Also had some Kiev fingers which were amazing, fried to perfection. Togarashi fries (japanese spice mix) which were great. And fried house pickles! Absolutely belly busting stuff, we could not finish it all. This place is a definite visit, whenever you’re around!

Literally one of the best burgers I've ever had in Scotland - Truffle Beef Burger is SO GOOD! I do generally just love the vibe of Butta Burger, very casual with a great menu and £6 cocktails as well. What's not to love!

Dog friendly, gluten-free burgers that taste great. Unfortunately, the kitchen is not gluten-free, so it depends on your tolerance levels. Large portions of fries and brisk, friendly service. We've had many a good lunch here after walking the dogs in the Meadows. It is disabled accessible and disabled parking nearby.

The second branch in Edinburgh near the university of Edinburgh’s main library. I tried kimchi chicken it’s acceptable for me. The Kiev fingers lean toward salty sensation without other flavors. May be I’m a sweet tooth. But what I like the most is house fries with cheese and rosemary. Cool place to hangout before back to study 📚

As always Butta Burger is amazing and they are dog friendly. We all tucked into lush burgers with the chicken burgers being the knock out ones. Delicious. Great staff, nice spot

First time eating at Butta Burger. The burgers are so so good, chicken ones are huge. Fries are good, especially the truffle ones. Food is mid priced but not expensive for what you get.

Burgers here are good; bacon cheeseburger is good; Kiev’s fingers the chicken fillet itself is tasty and crispy. Overall is too oily. Big unsatisfactory cuisine is the wings; buttamilk wings should be the signature dish right? Isn’t it too bitter? This wings here are the most bitter wings I’ve ever had in my life, and the wings are not fully feather removed, which is sick.

I had this waitress who I was told was called Amy. She was really considerate with me as I have a stutter and struggle to eat out because of my confidence. She was patient and so kind to me and my wife. I tried to tip her before I left but she was too humble and said it was her pleasure to serve me at the restaurant. I will definitely be coming back in the near future and I'll bring my daughter and grandkids.
