Perfect wee cafe. Tucked away to the side of the main building is a tiny cafe just right for a pick me up whilst on a walk, enjoying the grounds or adventuring oot. Gluten free amazing size and taste treats. Great value for money. Normal savoury items. A few dairy alternatives. Cafe is in the perfect setting as the grounds are amazing. Good for dogs or a wee walk. Parking can hold roughly 15 cars plus disabled parking.

Small cafe for mid walk refreshments. Offers lots of Mimi traybakes and cup cakes. Nice coffee and etekat teas. My easter toffee white chocolate slice was delish. Pup friendly! Tables outside and a few in the cosy inside bit

Nice little bakehouse inside Lauriston Castle grounds. The Chocolate brownie and the cappuccino was just wonderful. There were a good selection of cakes and coffees. The barista's were very helpful and friendly! Thank you Mimi's!

Great little place for a drink and a cake, and not too badly priced. Also does some savoury food including macaroni pie. Staff very friendly, food lovely and great surroundings.

Great little coffee shop in lovely surrounds of Laurieston Castle. Really nice coffee and cakes but most importantly excellent friendly service. Always judge hospitality venues by the welcome and smile. 5 star both counts. Thank you!

I absolutely love coming here when I'm goi g round lauriston castle grounds. They do nice cakes and coffees but that's It.. not any other foods etc. They are dog friendly though so your dog can eat inside or out ..they even do pup cakes made of black pudding too so that's something my dog will actually eat.. (most seem to be banana and pb and he hates both haha! The pup cakes are only £1 and my dog really enjoys our visits here

Staff are usually friendly. There is a nice range of drinks and cakes. Just occasionally the cakes taste a bit stale like they were from the day before (in some ways I'd rather that than think of the food waste) but when you get a fresh one you can taste the difference, they are lovely. Is us set in the grounds of Lauriston which is a lovely setting for a nice stroll. The only issue is the cars that Mimis had attracted to Lauriston, there is a lack of parking and the cars and pedestrians share the entrance so just plead to drivers to slow down and respect the people walking.

Great mini version of Mimi's. They have a good range of cakes and scones, but I think they make the best coffee going here. On my daily baby walks I regularly pop in for a revitalising double espresso.

Staff very friendly. Amazing vegan brownies, plus the lovely touch of little dog cakes that went down an absolute treat with our pup. Great place to stop at the end of a walk round the castle grounds.

Should switch to reusable cups for coffee, i.e. China/mugs, for sitting in. Not environmentally friendly to use throw away cups for all customers. Otherwise tady coffee and cakes.

A great addition to the local area. Friendly staff and good coffee and cakes. Lovely to sit outside in the open area or courtyard. Just a few tables inside but cosy. Hope it stays here.
