Nice place and good gelato. I would recommend getting the cup that holds 2 scoops. It is creamy and milky. Along with that the flavours are quite dominant and mix well with each other to create a wonderful mixture of flavours
Don’t miss Alandas if you ever visit Edinburg! We crossed this lovely spot while strolling through the town and tried a few of their flavours: Chocolate Hazelnut, Raspberry panacotta etc. We loved it so much that we visit it the next day and then the day after as well!!
Fast service, friendly staff in a lovely, stylish shop. So many flavours and options at a decent price. I had vanilla fudge with a wafer, delicious, creamy and as they say, they sculpt, they don't scoop!
Decently the best ice cream I have ever had in Scotland. Very attractive ice cream parlor, bright and clean, the ice cream is attractively presented.
The ice cream itself convinces in every respect, the taste is excellent and the consistency great.
Wow that was the first tine I saw this place crazy lines and people attract to know what is this place and never walk away without tasting least one time. Loved it tasty and very friendly.happy customer. Long ques. The setup and servings...
The best gelato I have ever had in Edinburgh. The flavour was natural and delicious. The most important thing is that the gelato was altar smooth and not very sweet. Highly recommended.
The gelato here is creamy and the flavours are spot-on. We came on multiple occasions and tried the oreo flavours, as well as milk chocolate and vanilla. Worth trying!
I bought a single scoop of pistachio in a cone and it was delicious! Very creamy and I enjoyed chatting to the three staff members who served me (Lennon, Lauren, Isabel), they were lovely and gave me some good recommendations on places to eat and things to do in Edinburgh during my stay
While I'm not entirely certain whether it's gelato or ice cream, one thing is for sure - it's incredibly delicious.
Great to go on a hot day to get a lovely ice cream. They have a few good options.
I wish they would let you taste the ice cream before buying it. They have mostly standard flavours. It’s quite a busy shop. The interiors of the store are great but there is no space to sit and enjoy your ice cream.
I think this place is way better than the overhyped Mary’s milk bar. It wasn’t to crowded when we got there and the small line was fast. Very pretty interior! And the ice cream was good!
I got Madagascar vanilla and double espresso flavours. They were really smooth and you could taste the high quality ingredients.
surprisiny good and not too sweet! not quite like in Italy but definitely worth coming back again and again! Had peaches & cream, raspberry cheesecake, chocolate pretzel plus toppings of flake & fudge (fudge was rock hard, don't get this in winter) and 3 different flavors the 2nd time. We were almo
The ice-creams are quite expensive but in my opinion it’s worth it. The shop is really pretty, the crew is nice. They have a lot of flavors as well. I was especially happy with the double espresso flavor!
