Rubab Restaurant - Edinburgh - Photo album

Truly Indian! Request to the management: Whatever happens don't change the chefs! One of the finest and best restaurants offering Indian cuisine as exactly as India. The first bite itself will bring back life to the buried desi in you. I've tried so many Indian restaurant in Dublin and London but th
Good food for a reasonable price, staff checks on you etc. The location is nice too. Good to know if you're interested in prices: a main dish comes without a naan, so all in all it will set you back about 18 pounds, (soft)drinks are nicely priced at 2,50. Which is quite reasonable I'd say. Food wise
Had a nice time with friends gathering for the dinner. We have lot of options for veg as well which is additional plus. The dish also very tasty. Reduced 1 star just for the quantity. Other than that all is good and tasty.
Perfect food, perfect service, perfect environment. I really enjoyed my tandoori chicken tikka (sooo soft and juicy inside, as its supposed to be!) with garlic naan (my fav dish). They also have tasty mango lassi and draft Kingsfisher! I could see Indian people coming for takeaway food, so I can say
Good food and drink. Nice restaurant with a casual and elegant decor , clean and ready to serve. Table service for dine in: good recommendations by friendly staff. Meal dine-in: chicken tikka Marsala and mushroom chicken. Added naan with butter. Takeout: salmon Marsala and rice.
This was such a wonderful find. The restaurant is beautiful and you can tell the family loves what they do! Service was fantastic and the food was full of flavor and truly left us with smiles on our faces!

Kush was very good waiter. He called me king so i ordered extra beers. I love kush. I will come back for only him. Please give him a raise. I ordered good food :).
Really nice meal tonight. The mushroom pakora, mango chicken, mushroom rice and peshwari naan were all really tasty. The staff were friendly and attentive but not overbearing. The restaurant itself is really bright and clean with nice decoration and music. The toilets were ok, very clean but I think
Just had the best Indian meal at rubab last night. Family night out for 8 people. Food was amazing as was the friendly service. We all shared lots of different dishes and everyone agreed each dish was delicious. The chef came to the table to speak to everyone before preparing our meals. The nan bre
Found this gem on Google after searching for a local Indian restaurant after a long day of bus tours round the city. We were very glad we did! Great service, food was lovely too, although the butter chicken was a bit spicier than I was expecting it was still very tasty. Husband was particularly impr
Food was exceptional. Best curry I've ever had in my life. You wouldn't expect it to find the best Indian restaurant in Scotland! So flavourful the spices hit the spot and also plenty of choice of curries. Customer service was spot on and even the door was opened for us when we were leaving. Every d
Came here on a quiet Saturday night and it was excellent. My other half said the daal was the best she had ever had and the selection of vegetarian food is also great. Service, value and comfort of the restaurant is top class. Would definitely come again
