Great place to walk around. There is also a good cafe, when not in level 4 restrictions. Good for buggies.
The Edinburgh Technople is a fantastic site. It is a lovely place to work and the grounds are superb for walking, running, biking etc. The site is exceptionally well maintained and it is a pleasure to explore the whole estate. The estate management are fantastic and always happy to help.
I don't agree with the post regarding the issue with dog walking. I have an office on the estate and bring both my dogs into work with me every day. Judith is always happy to see the dogs, as is Gary. Never had an issue with either of them. As I understand it, Edinburgh Technopole is a private estate so if someone is asked to park elsewhere or to obey the rules of the estate then this shouldn't be an issue. Most of the users of the estate (residents as well as dog walkers) recognise that parking is not normally allowed at the front of Bush House and behave accordingly. I hope the author of the negative review recognises that rules exist to make the estate a welcoming place for everyone and that they modify their behaviour accordingly.
Based in the middle of the Bush Estate with lovely walks for all levels, wildlife, scenery, ancient trees, lovely ponds
and a great location for cycles, walks or as a base camp for walking around the pentland hills when all other car parks are busy. Enjoy the views !
The post below is unrecognizable. We have had dealings with Judith for many years and have always found her to be extremely polite and business like. She runs the estate very successfully and is a very well liked and respected person locally and in the wider business community.
Open grassland in front of bush House popular with dog walkers with paths leading away into the woods allows you to make the walks as long or short as you need them to be.

Not been to the conference centre, but the Hub Cafe is nice and the grounds are great for dog walking.
The grounds are amazing for walking my dog and is right on my doorstep.
Great staff st Bush house. Water in a bowl for my dog so welcomed and the grounds look so well looked after.
Lovely walks, inviting open spaces, good parking and an excellent coffee shop/restaurant.
I enjoy a weekend family walk around the estate paths here. Nice trees, plantlife and birds - I don't go for the science businesses!
