It was my first time here and wow! The food was amazing, so flavourful and very filling. The service was really good too, we informed the lady that we havent been here before so she let us know what everything was and even checked on us after we were done! Will definitely come here again! 10/10
We had a great time at your branch in the St James Centre, Edinburgh. Jessica was amazing: she was kind, very patient, helpful(we don’t know much about Mexican food) and joyous! I’m not sure great customer service comes any better than that! Many Thanks
We have experienced Tortilla at full price and through TooGoodToGo. Most employees are super friendly and are happy to guide you through the process when it is your first time, as it is a bit more complicated than Subway for example. You get loads of filling when ordering a burrito or a naked burri
Loved the naked burrito and quesadilla!! Great place for a quick and delicious meal!!
Second time visiting Tortilla (first was in Newcastle), and found it to be a much better experience. The music wasn't too loud so I could easily hear the server behind the counter, and she was very friendly and didn't rush me, which was appreciated. Despite it being early afternoon the food still ap

Came here on a Saturday I believe and now I understand it was busy as it was the weekend but I was quite surprised by the line of people that were waiting to get served as most of the employees were just in a corner speaking to each other and checking their phones meanwhile their was just one poor g
Tortilla in Edinburgh is a top-notch dining destination for aficionados of Mexican cuisine. The setting is relaxed and convivial, making it an ideal choice for any casual occasion. A notable highlight of the dining experience is the Margaritas, lovingly referred to as ‘Ritas.’ The assistant manager,
Tasty food, but the staff were grumpy, with no smile; they did not want to be there.
Really nice. This was my very first time ever to eat Burritos and I absolutely loved it. Though I must say, errm lots of flavours that may last long on your fingers and mouth. 😀 so bare that in mind if you have plans after😂. Food: I had chicken Burritos and it was sooo tasty massive portion and so

Tortilla in Edinburgh is the go-to spot for authentic and scrumptious Mexican dishes. The casual and friendly vibe of the place makes it perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. A highlight of the experience at Tortilla is definitely the Margaritas, fondly termed as ‘Ritas.’ Moreover, the
Really good and friendly service! Came for a quick bite and Rita helped me choose with great recommendations and a big smile. Quick and good quality food as well as cool music. Great team, keep it going!
It is the UK equivalent of US Chipotle. Great options and customisations and the best part was that they had vegan chilli! You can have a nice meal in £10
Food was fresh and staff was very helpful with our orders, it wasn't busy when we were there so seating wasn't a problem. The price was about the same as their competitors so nothing outrageous or egregious on their end. To amend what's in Google maps, Tortilla is actually in the shopping precinct
It was my first visit and the food was really tasty but it felt like there wasn’t enough? I want to give the place the benefit of the doubt. I ended up getting the tres tacos thinking that it would be enough for an early lunch but the filling in the tacos was kinda skimped on. I felt that they were
