Jamrock Jerk Uk - Edinburgh - Photo album

We walked by Jamrock Jerk and it caught our eye immediately. We did a bit of touring and came back for dinner. There were so many options on the road, but I’m so glad we walked in here. We ordered the goat curry and jerk chicken - WOW!! The jerk chicken was wonderful and my husband loved the goat cu
The ripe plantain is a must try. The goat curry and chicken rice and peas also nice. Friendly service. Only reason it didn't get five starts is I'm not a fan of seeing food get microwaved at a restaurant, it should all be cooked fresh rather than reheated.
The food was excellent. Friendly, polite service and the food taste like real Jamaican home cooking. We had an Ackee & Saltfish and oxtail meals. The seasoning was just right and the meat was falling off the bone. The chef knows how to cook real Jam down food, it brought a smile to my face. Was not
Really great jerk chicken and my kids loved the plantains. Very freshly made and spice levels were perfect (I went with medium level spicy). We walked past and were drawn in by the amazing scent of jerk chicken cooking.
It's been about 6 years since I last had curry goat, and this is a comeback like no other. Absolutely delicious in every way, perfectly balanced flavours and an aroma to die for. The jerk chicken is also outstanding, flavourful with a hint of smokey goodness. My only complaint is that the spice leve
Amazing jerk chicken with a great smoky flavour! The fried green plantain and festival was also very delicious and will definitely return for more. Really nice to have some Caribbean food in Edinburgh. Do have to note the restaurant is near St. Patrick square now.
Best chicken you will eat, supplied with some of the tastiest spicy sauce I have tried. The rice also hits different, full of spices and beans. Super friendly staff. This place is addictive!!
Delicious food, delightful staff and a great atmosphere. I'm greeted with big smiles and great conversation every time I go inside, and of course the jerk chicken is to die for. I make a point to stop in for some every chance I get. Couldn't recommend it enough.
we were looking for some authentic Jamaican food in Edinburgh and this place did not disappoint. Jerk Chicken and Curry Goat was superb. Great service would visit again.
Best place ever for jerk chicken. Used to be at the tolbooth market, now on st Patrick st.
Enjoyable food, tasty curry and the jerk chicken was nice, though I personally prefer it hotter🔥🔥🔥🔥. Decent size portions for the price. delivery was swift and all the food was hot when it came. I would recommend this place to anyone
Food here is AMAZING! I was in Scotland for a holiday and was missing my mum's home cooking. So I Googled local caribean restaurants and this came up! I'm so happy I found it, yummy curied goat and dumpling.
awesome jerk chicken, never seen them made on a proper drum before like they do!
Finally, Edinburgh has a proper Jamaican kitchen. Really enjoyed the jerk chicken and goat curry. Will be going back again soon.
