Genuinely do not understand some of the reviews. Service was fine and the bubble tea was some of the nicest I've had. The tapioca was the best I've had along with the Thai milk tea. Definitely intend on going back if I'm in the area.

The lotus biscoff milk tea was so good not too sweet and the tapioca pearls were better than I expected!
