Busy but a good place to eat. Expect airport prices and a little bit of a wait for food. Brunch was ok, a little on the cool side, haggis pakora a bit dry with a cold corriander dip.

Very good, meaty ribs! Had a nice chat with the chefs over the open pass.

For airport food, this was very good. We'd had an early start to fly in and this was the breakfast at lunch time we needed. The Large Scottish brunch came with the usual of black pudding, beans, egg, sausage etc. As well as haggis, which was very good. If you're an American as I am, don't shy away from haggis due to the jokes. It can be very good and this is a good place to try it as theirs was quite good.

So flight delayed. Went to Hudson Grill and had a very good meal Staff including Emma and Osama were super helpful. Great food (except the vegan mayo served with the ironic brisket burger) Thanks Emma from Mexico and Osama who took over. Made my flight delay much fun.

Ann the manger and college are absolutely amazing. Just think we what one deals with when catching a flight. Deal with hassle of parking, check inn, unforgiving other travellers and security. Then you look for a bite to eat, God bless Hudson st grill. Staff and chefs OMG. I can’t say how impressed my family and I are… 5 stars all the way. Chef Kareem is just wonderful

Param was a lovely attentive server. All the staff we interacted with were very helpful. All day breakfast is only the full Scottish though, not the whole breakfast menu. Don't be fooled.

Alex was amazing with me. I have Coeliac Disease and didn’t like anything on the menu so he made me a sandwich that wasn’t even on the menu because I am a fussy eater too. He was so good with me. His customer service was fabulous. Thank you for looking after me x

Good food, nice setting and excellent view of the runway. Our server Kirsty was excellent: attentive and helpful. Clearly a switched on member of staff.

Thank you for a charming dining experience when we visited Edinburgh Airport recently. Amidst Scotland's most ugly and annoying airport both functionally and aesthetically, we found the Hudson Street Grill and really enjoyed the rest, food and service there. Suman served our table, he was pleasant and polite and Chris was most welcoming and helpful too. We had a delightful salad and other food with wine. We don't hesitate to recommend this restaurant venue within Edinburgh Airport - especially if you need to find a quiet corner to breathe and relax for a while - away from the cramped and horrible systems and service of Edinburgh Airport. Well done to these cheery and welcoming team members at Hudson St Grill.

I clicked in to write a review because we had such an outstanding experience, and my jaw dropped at the poor reviews. Oh my goodness. Doesn’t feel like we ate at the same restaurant. I also have generally high standards for food. We had two Michelin star meals while in Edinburgh, for reference. I have Celiac, and the staff were extremely helpful getting me safe food. One guided me to the bar, where the bartender showed me the tablet with all allergen information. Then, after ordering, another staff member came over to make sure that I was alright with them changing out my sauce because the one I ordered with the chicken wasn’t gluten free. The food was fresh — greens crispy, and not wilted. The chicken was good too, as were the fries. I felt it was a bonus to have a safe GF fryolator! It could be that some of these reviews were from experiences that occurred while the restaurant was extremely busy? I’m not sure. But this was a great lunch. Exactly what we needed before our flight.

Arrived at a busy lunchtime but as a family of four we were seated very quickly and received fantastic service from Param. A serious food allergy was dealt with professionally and with great care. A fifteen minute wait for our food but that was no problem as the quality of food provided was first class. Would definitely return.
