Gorgeous and unique hotel! We arrived ahead of check-in and the concierge was extremely nice and welcoming and kept our luggage in a locked room so we could enjoy the day before our room was ready.
While the hotel is in a bit further away from the city centre, there is a bus stop right by the hotel

Lovely little hotel on the edge of the University of Edinburgh campus. While the rooms were small, they were cosy and had a nice selection of teas and coffees available. The staff were very friendly and the location was close enough from the city centre to be walkable and far enough to be peaceful.

Smashing hotel. Not serving evening meals when we visited as short staffed, but great food bring served at sister hotel two minute walk away.
A great breakfast to really set you is served though.
