I highly recommend The Scott Hotel in Edinburgh, located near Holyrood Park. This hotel offers a wonderful experience with its charming ambiance and exceptionally friendly staff. The location, just steps away from Holyrood Park, is perfect for those who want to explore the natural beauty of the area
Amazing staff, pristine rooms and building in a nice gated location that isn't far from the city but free from bustle. We got a nice spacious room that had a corner turret to sit in. Good essentials in the room including a Dyson temperature fan, smart TV, and grooming kit. Lots of privacy in room w
We stayed here for 4 nights on a trip to Scotland, and it’s doubtless one of the most aesthetically pleasing hotels we’ve stayed at in the UK. The decor and architecture are gorgeous, and the “red room” is a delightful lounge to sit in on the ground floor and chat or read a book. This includes an ho
Rooms were clean and quiet. Great staff, great breakfast buffet. Had a beautiful view of Arthur's Seat. Quiet area within easy walking distance of everything you want to see.
It’s a very good hotel, in a very green environment. Dining room is very lovely. Breakfast is very delicious and rich in choices. Our room was also very clean and spacious with a big bathroom. Staff were very kind and helpful. They prepared breakfast boxes for us since we had to leave early for our
Gorgeous and unique hotel! We arrived ahead of check-in and the concierge was extremely nice and welcoming and kept our luggage in a locked room so we could enjoy the day before our room was ready. While the hotel is in a bit further away from the city centre, there is a bus stop right by the hotel

Awesome place to stay- great, big and clean rooms! Somewhat inconvenient location but walkable to everything still in about 20-30mins.
Very friendly staff, very nice and clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Charming historic building. Free parking is available.
Lovely little hotel on the edge of the University of Edinburgh campus. While the rooms were small, they were cosy and had a nice selection of teas and coffees available. The staff were very friendly and the location was close enough from the city centre to be walkable and far enough to be peaceful.
Stayed one night here and it was lovely. The room and hotel had been recently refurbished and it looked really creative/high-end. The room was a little cosy but was really nice and comfortable. The bathroom (no bath) was spacious and very nice. The building itself had plenty of character and was lov
