Food is amazing. Big Chinese take away fan and Happy Rice are the best one that I have ever had. Salt and pepper chips is amazing but the chicken dishes are second to non. Owners are lovely and chatty. Always very polite and welcoming. Regular user.

I had the salt and pepper tofu and let me just say it was one of the best experiences of my life. Unforgettable, truly. That beautiful crispy crunch, the tantalising tingle of the chilli, the perfect level of salt. Indescribably good.

Happy Rice are my go to takeaway in Leith because they have great vegan options. Dishes are always fresh and normally pretty fast. Tofu with pickled ginger and pineapple is my favourite but their mock duck pancakes are good for sharing.
I would rate it as solid in general and definitely worth it as a Vegetarian (we had meat dishes as well as mock duck ones which were scarily close to the real thing when crispy).

Not somewhere I've tried before but rdered here in a pinch during the storm that was the beast from the east. Collected food which was piping hot and fresh, was tasty although could have used a bit of extra spice. Would use again.
