Good store with super helpful staff that are most likely not paid enough for all the hard work they do in this 24 hour Asda
I always find it better to shop early morning or late at night when it is less busy. Variety of selections , although did notice some of the staff not wearing their masks properly in store. Otherwise no issues.
Diabolical customer service on scan and go. Myself and another customer waited over 5 mins for an assistant to check our shopping as no staff in the area... OK I can understand things happen but maybe Janet should have said sorry for the delay. A simple apology goes miles
This store is complete and spacious. It's also convenient as it is open 24/7. prices are reasonable and they have wide variety of food to choose from
The new revamped customer services area and restaurants are pretty good upgrade to the store but the main store aisles are simply too narrow, especially at the freezer cabinets. Causes too much aggravation.
Groceries ok, but worst place to buy cigarettes and tobaco. If my gf told me to buy tobaco they told me that they can't answer question what is on list and if its just normal tobaco for cigarettes, except of showing me list she refused any help with finding out what on list is tobaco for cigarettes
