I can't fault La Favorita, their pizzas are the best I've ever had, outisde of Italy. The smokey wood fired taste, the base, touch of oregano, the quality of ingredients are genuinely mouth-watering.
Having had quite a few deliveries, I find collection is the best method. I have noted that they have reheating instructions on the box now. I do pop it in the oven for 2 or 3 mins on a pizza stone after collecting it, unless it was fresh out of the oven. To be completely honest, I would eat it cold for breakfast too. It's a shame they no longer sell the chicken broccolli pasta and I don't find their arancini that good. The last few times, they have been overcooked and far too expensive for what you get. The calamari has been excellent on occasion, on others, not the best. I find their pizzas are mostly consistently excellent. Having tried many others in the area, there is no competition. Apart from their garlic bread, I have found somewhere that I prefer but the pizzas.....faultless.
