In desperate need of caffeine, what a day :(! Had the most lovely customer service from the guy at the till that cheered my day up. Thank you ! :)
Starbucks... What can I say about Starbucks that isn't already nationally known and common sense to the majority of us.
Starbucks is one of my favourite coffee/cake spots but realisticly what is not to like?
*service is quick and friendly
* the Strawberries and cream caffe blend is amazingly refreshing and tasty but yet not overly sweet... And how could I refuse a big swirl of creamy whipped cream on the top?
*The caramel shortcake was average but the caramel brownie was an original creation for that of starbucks and we weren't disappointed, the only thing we wishes was that there was more on the plate.
Nobody can really go wrong with a Starbucks if we are being honest, it is at the top of many people's lists and after recent visits over the last week, it's no suprise why it is loved so much.
Ok so am pretty sure everyone has been to or has heard of Starbucks..i mean its Starbucks, duh!!???? I am a lover of hot drinks and although I like my SB drinks I do think there are other cafes around Edinburgh who have just as good coffee and cakes???? Having said that the hot chocolate from SB is always a winner for me! Not being funny but I have purchased lots of hot chocolates during winter 2014 and also now! I tend not to buy the frappacinos (hello too many calories) but if I am ever in the mood then SB is the only place I will go to! Starbucks is definitely a cafe where you can chill, have a catch up, work....do anything really????
Smaller than other Starbucks, but the place is cute and cozy. Well located with plenty of spaces to park your car.
There are many spaces to charge your laptop, and the seats are comfy.

It was a brand standard experience. With a little extra shine from the team.
Plenty of seats, but not many comfy ones. We outdoor area and pup friendly đ¶
Visited today to pick up a too good to go bag. The staff were very friendly and happy to help , when i collected my bag i was in and out in a matter of minutes and the food was amazing got a good spread one or to was vegan so i will have to give them a try before i deliberate on them but for the cost fantastic
Nice location, lots of seating inside and out.
The staff was quick and friendly.
It really picked up with the after school crowd, and was swamped with kids. I wouldn't recommend coming at this exact time.
The staff did handle the crowd well!
currently going through a traumatic breakup and i order from here when i can afford it, and they give me freebies and like thank you notes and drawings. it means the world to me. thank you guys, keep safe. you are angelsđ€
Just feel compelled to specifically talk about Rebecca! While the whole staff is lovely, Rebecca is such a ray of sunshine, kindness, and positivity. Get that girl a raise!!
Food and coffee perfect, and staff were so nice and helpful when I was having a personal crisis. Cannot thank them enough! Fantastic experience given it is an international chain!
Nhs were invited for a free cuppa .. so I was lucky enough to go today with a colleague and a lady wee support staff drinks were free and amazing . Xx it was a very nice gesture from Starbucks xx
I personally enjoyed this SB. Lovely location near the bustle of Holy Corner, the actual building it's in is picturesque, and affords a pleasant wee outdoor "sidewalk cafe" seating area.
Inside it's crammed but cozy, and although it can get busy I was able to scavenge table & seats for me and my 3 kids.
The fare is standard SB, although on the day of our visit a few of the 'staples' had run out.
As for the Barista's, they were efficient, hard working, and extremely helpful as well as polite. They are the principal reason for the 5* review.
Nice location, seating outside was pleasant and the staff were welcoming, polite and quick. The only issue was one of our 5 drinks came out wrong which we didn't mention as otherwise it was a perfect coffee break.
I like being able to sit outside and they'll usually offer to bring your order. I had 1 of the frappacino options and it was really nice with lots of flavour. I feared it would be dominated by ice (like an iced tea option I got the last time, total rip off that was) but it wasn't, and just like you'd hope for from the description. I also had a ham and cheese croissant but not given the option of hot or cold, they automatically heated it. It was still delicious but it was a hot day so would've liked the option, especially as it was excellent lean ham. I try to stay away from meat but very occasionally have to have a good quality bit and this was the best ham I'd ever tasted.
This is a busy corner location. The staff are a little cramped and over busy, although I can't fault their effort.
If you want a peaceful or unique experience this isn't the place. If you want a bustling Starbucks then "yes".
I waited around 20 minutes outside for my coffee today but the girl out at the front serving everyone did such a good job considering how chaotic it was (her name mightâve been Rebecca or something and had really short hair) especially dealing with some crotchety old dude who insisted that his coffee didnât have 3 shots (he didnât even taste it) as well as the deliveroo cyclist who was impatient as well. I donât know how people can be so awful to customer service workers in a pandemic - but she was still really nice to everyone and handled it so well
