I tried every cinnamon bun in Edinburgh and can confirm the very best are right here at Tasty Buns. Generally available on a Saturday morning, or do like me and order a whole tray on the day of your choosing. 🙊
The Biscoff brownie was delicious!! Really chocolatey and moist, but not really dense. I liked the Vietnamese coffee bun, but it was like sweet bread. Cinnamon buns in the UK seem to be drier than what they are in North America which is interesting. The frosting was thick yet light. Tasted like whip
Lovely selection of baked goods. The custard creams were fantastic. Will be back to try some of their other items.
Love Tasty Buns, the cakes and treats are the best in town. The coffee is also delicious and the staff are very nice people. Definitely worth a visit if you want some sweet treat joy.
We nipped in here for a quick bite. Good selection of sweet treats. We couldn’t choose 2 so we picked 4. Tasty Buns Bakery is amazing and unique! They do bespoke special orders by email which are always really tasty, have wonderful treats on their counter every day, and make great coffee. They are so lovely and helpful and really a neighbourhood gem. Check them out! Also highly recommend their cruffin
I've been in a fair share of bakeries, I've done some baking myself too, so please do not take this lightly when I say this place has the BEST desserts I've tried so far. Got just three things this time, but definitelly will be coming back for more. Lovely staff as well, overall amazing experience.
Popped in just before closing and the lady there was super friendly and let us have a takeaway blondie. The cakes are all homemade and the one I had was delicious. Definitely worth the bus trip over!
What can I say about this place to convince anyone to stop by? All your favorite desserts and pastries with incredible flavours mixed in for a unique twist.
