Not really been a fan of bubble tea - turns out Costa bubble tea is rubbish!
This was the first time having some good bubble tea and I can see why people like it! The winter melon cooler was very nice and refreshing.
As for the customer service that I see complained about, a simple please and thank you and the lady serving me was lovely!
The best place for bubble tea in Edinburgh, I would say. The classic milk tea with tapioca pearls never misses - always a hit! The staff are also very friendly, and I have never had a mix up with my drink. Price value is good, especially considering the prices charged by places nearby for the exact same item (but with less flavour and/or quality!). Loyal customer now and forever.
This is a really good place for boba tea. I got the mango frappe with tapioca pearls and it was delicious. There are a range of flavours that you can have. Even after a while it was still cold (which might be expected). They use compostable straws (extra bonus) and the staff were really nice! Also, its authentic and the tapioca pearls are perfect. Would recommend!
Good but tea cups are fragile…
We ordered 24 cups of tea. Few cups split soon after we left the store and tea leaked in the plastic bag…
Best bubble tea in Edinburgh!
Delicious, fast service, and friendly staff!
Amazing bubble tea 🧋 nice 😊 amid kind staff
Great bubble tea, brown sugar pearls are very tasty
Authentic bubble tea with a range of flavours including my favourite oolong tea.
Friendly staff and good value for money.
A varied menu with plenty of options, can be a bit busy at times but worth the wait and prices are in line with other boba shops.
DELICIOUS! From one boba lover to another, this is in my top 5 favorite bubble tea shops. I wish I could have gotten it every day that I was visiting Edinburgh, but even I have to have limits.
Bubble tea, was great. Place can get busy as hipsters love this kind of stuff. But they make the drinks rather quickly, and they're tasty!
This is my absolute favourite bubble tea place, the milk teas are well made and taste incredible, the best I've ever had. But the reason I am giving it four stars and not 5, is because recently my friend and I have become vegan. But unfortunately they do not serve any dairy-free milk alternatives for their milk teas, which I think is a real shame!
I honestly believe that having some dairy-free milk tea options would increase their popularity, and gain them some loyal customers.
Sadly, I will no longer be visiting this lovely shop, but I highly recommend it to fruit tea lovers, and those who consume dairy! Thank you for listening!!
Tea is generally nice and the waitresses are friendly. Thanks for the drawing I only just noticed it! 💖
Mediocre service but nice milk tea. Interior isn't particularly attractive. The boba pearls here are consistently soft and chewy. Also, the drinks are neither gritty or powdery. Good selection of drinks without being overwhelming. Recommended if you want a reliable and quick bubble tea fix.
BBT is nice as in Asia. The experience overall is not so pleasant. Menu is displayed on a tiny table an prices of toppings are not easy to find. Staff is efficient but not very prone to explain what you can choose or what is the best. If they could be more kind and smiley, the experience would be nicer and less stressful.
.For all the cha lovers .Small little cafe with ever smiling staff in Edinburgh. This franchise is all over from where I come from -Melbourne . Was happy to see one here in Edinburgh !!
I really love bubble tea. They have a great range of flavours and you can customise your drink too. The only bad thing is that they almost always run out of tapioca and some other things. If you’re going near the end of the day, you will be very limited by what they have left.
The staff are really nice and service is pretty fast, they have a loyalty car that you can use in other chatime too!
Doesn’t stop me going there all the time, but get in early if you want the whole menu to chose from!
