Fantastic place to ship parcels and letters etc, they’re always so friendly and patient here. I’ve heard them helpfully answering many tourist’s questions on sending post abroad and never sounding exasperated. Really kind people!
This really is one of the best post offices in Edinburgh. Staff are incredibly friendly and a genuine pleasure to interact with. They do their job really well and are always friendly and helpful.
Always busy and clearly have more custom than they should for the size, but they are excellent and efficient. If all Post Offices ran this well, the system would be better off.
