Philpotts - Edinburgh - Photo album

The store was lovely and well presented. The food was prepared fresh and quickly. The conversations were pleasant. The only issue I found was that the bag my role was in got soaked in grease, regardless still deserves the 5 star.
Very nice and friendly staff, fresh food made jist in front of the customer, many choices, very busy and relatibeley small place, the busiest time is between 1pm and 2pm, bit expensive food, hot food takes long time to make for noodels i was told 10 minutes so i went for roast instead and soup, have
First time there today and wow I got a Yorkshire pudding Christmas wrap and it was amazing so delishus. Amazing service with a smile prices good as well.
The only decent place in the area for a customizable and healthy meal. I'm taking off one star because the hours are terrible. It says they're open until 2:30, but in practice, the whole store is shut by then.
One of the last places to get a proper breakfast roll on Lothian Road. Hotplate selection of bacon, sausage, mushrooms and hash browns. Eggs are cooked to order. A tasty treat! 🍳
Great coffee and great prices. We went there for breakfast midmorning on a walk through the city, and were amazed by the range of fresh food available, all at a great price. I will be going back soon, and hope to pop in for lunch. The food is great prices and you can tailor in what you want. 5 star
Philpotts is the best place in town to get a really tasty lunch. The ingredients on offer are always high-quality, and their combination of sandwiches, salads as well as lovely great roasts mean that you'll always find something that you want. They're also very, very friendly and a great bunch of
Philpotts is a great little takeaway that caters for breakfast, lunch and snacks. They have a wide variety to choose from and everything is very fresh. The porrige is great and they offer a range of topping like chopped strawberries and nuts. They also do bacon and sausage sandwiches and at lunch
Definitely one for a quick lunch bite when at work. Wouldn’t go here if you are a tourist or not in a rush as there are better places. Pret A Manger is tens of metres away and is a more pleasant experience. Having said that, they do what they do well enough!
Fantastic sandwich & lunch shop!!! Food is top notch! Excellent variety of meats, & fillings for sandwiches, wraps, hot plates, salad, desserts, & non-alcoholic drinks. Always busy & expect lines! Yes, its that good; iconic!
Great spot to grab a healthy fresh salad or sandwich. You can order off the menu or make your own. Busy during lunch time but quick service and super fresh ingredients
