Brilliant village pub, impeccable service. Providing meat and cheese platters. It's either rammed or quiet, choose your moment. Screens provide typically sports (rugby). Standard beers and wine list.
A Sunday autumnal walk to a nice cozy pub for soup and a toastie. Staff where very welcoming and accomadating. Food was excellent and extremely well priced.
Place was fairly quiet when we arrived but picked up.
What a great village pub. Warm, welcoming and cozy. Not the largest food menu but quality fare. The cheeseboard was excellent, with a good variety of cheese and bucking the trend by providing a generous amount of oatcakes too. Well worth a visit.
Great pub, serving lovely food. Woman behind the bar very friendly too. Also a dog friendly pub, certainly would recommend!
I hired the function room out for a Saturday evening. The staff were absolutely outstanding! They could not help out any more. The function room was a well presented and stylish area with plentiful seating. They but a buffet on for us and it was also very tasty.

Little local village establishment offering bar snacks and drinks. We arrived as it was opening, so it was pretty quiet. Staff were pleasant and helpful
Perfectly looked after when popped in with a super chatty 4 year old and an 8 month old for a couple of toasties and a juice after a stroll along the water of leith!!! Great staff and great value - look forward to going back with my boys :-D!
Nice pub. Good atmosphere, dog friendly, walking distance (for me) & a defibrillator at the top of the RLS steps (handy).
Lovely pub with friendly staff and nice beer garden.
We had tea and coffee in the relaxed outside Terrace. Such a nice place to stop whilst walking along the water of leith. We will be back :)
We hired their private room for our Christmas party and the venue was perfect! The room has it's own bar so everything was contained in the same room,which was perfect for us.
We were welcomed by the manager who could not have done anymore to make us feel at home.
The bar staff were also excellent, they were friendly and no request was too much bother to them. They even went above and beyond to save our event.
Finally, it's not over priced, our prosecco was very reasonable.
Honestly they could not have done anymore to make our evening any better! Thank you x
