Great service and food is always fresh.
Always usual excellent M&S quality. Staff are brilliant and couldn't be more helpful or friendly. Yes it's a bit more expensive than Aldi next door but you get what you pay for..
I love to shop here. Nothing you buy is ever wasted. The fruit quality is first class. I can buy all my fresh food there
and have something to eat as well. The customer service staff are excellent. I enjoy my weekly chill out at M & S.

Very nice selection of food
Very good produce on sale here, as you would expect at a quality outfit like M&S. As a result, it's more expensive than Lidl or Aldi, but the difference in quality is obvious. Worth paying the extra.
Medium sized M&S Food which stocks the majority of the range. Has a bakery and a cafe but no deli. Cafe has seating for fifty people plus. Friendly and helpful staff. Ample free parking outside. Wheelchair friendly entrance and parking.
The new foodhall is fantastic. There is everything you need, fresh, high quality and the scan and shop app is the better one compared to all other supermarkets, allowing you to pay in app, I avoided long queue at the tills.
Staff very helpful, one young lady left the shop floor to go and get a pork loin joint for us. We were there very early or they would have been on display. Staff are always polite. Nice to shop in a smaller store.
Very nice place to shop. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of food and other item like flowers cards and magazines. Also they do food to order and have a cafe which I find was a bit expensive.
All that you would expect from a Marks & Spencer food hall. All the usual products, and efficient helpful staff. For me M&S food is occasional treat rather than everyday fare, but if you have pocket to buy all your food there you won't be disappointed.

Friendly and helpful staff. Light and airy. Well-displayed products. Pleasant coffee shop and an excellent cup of coffee. But it's difficult to self-check out with a shopping cart - not enough room.
Nice store.clean and tidy. Staff very helpful. Only complaint they don't seem to stock a lot off free from sausage rolls.been in a few times and shelf always sold out.
Great M&S with excellent food selection and friendly staff. Only downside is the parking lot which very quickly turns into a scary version of the dodgems at busy times. If you go at quiet times it's fine.
I just love our Marks &Spencer at Chesser , it all going into your local shop staff go out of the way to help, ask you how you are(Elaine in the self service checks you spark card to add any offer you are intital to). Restaurant have lovely coffee and excelled service.
This M&S is food only, plus a cafe. A great range of all their tasty treats with chilled food at the front of the store and other goods to the rear. It can get quite busy at certain times, and as others have pointed out the car park can be a bit of a nightmare. Watch out for pedestrians and drivers
