Shapla Bangladeshi - Edinburgh - Photo album

We had a takeaway last night, it was the tastiest vegetable dansak I have ever tasted. Yummy!
Food was amazing, not oily like most of the other restaurants and fresh! Ordered on just eat and will definitely order again:D
Just ordered from here, a wee pre payday treat and it was amazing. The green herb xhicken was the star of the show, I can't stop raving about it. The meat was so tender and I love the barbecue element, the sauce was the tastiest I've had in a very long time, wanted to scoff the lot. The tandoori pla
I don't say this lightly - the East Indian Chicken Jalfrezi was honestly one of the best meals that I have ever had. I see some of the negative reviews for this place, and I just didn't experience any of that. The two people working were incredibly kind and welcoming, the food was certainly not dry,
We love this restaurant. Regularly used for our takeaway and it doesn't disappoint. Such high quality meals that consistantly taste amazing and quicker delivery than most.
Delicious food, reasonable prices, great delivery service. Not as good at online ordering (doesn't work) and don't like taking card payments over the phone. Takeaway only, no tables. The food is exquisite here. Fantastic portions, amazing value and delivered on time. Everything was perfect. Thank you.

Really enjoyed it...best veg pakora I've had in years, these were v special. The curries reminded me of the good ones from my youth (before curries got all 'artsy' and hipster and now taste of nothing). Will order again for sure.
Best food I had in my three days spent in Edinburgh. Top quality indian food. I had the tandoori chicken tikka biryani. The chicken was extremely tender and the sauce insanely good.
First time and it was excellent really enjoyed the well cooked and seasoned food. Good size portion provided for the price asked. I can certainly understand why it's won numerous awards. Outstanding.
Of all of the takeaways I have tried in Edinburgh, this is by far my favourite. The portions are generous and everything tastes like it has been freshly made - I tend to order a 'usual' and it's slightly different each time, which I think is a good sign! I'm a particular fan of the saag paneer and d
