The salad bar followed by the main course was the perfect time in between to enjoy a yummy salad at the start. Great timing. đź‘Ś đź‘ŤThe pizza itself was huge and delicious and we got the equivalent of another meal to go from our leftovers! Worth a visit.
The whole experience was great but can I just say Wei Feng was amazing. He was super chatty and helpful. He made me and my husband feel welcomed and relaxed. Wei is a very bubbly man and I want him to notice that his kindness and happiness is appreciated. Me and my husband left Pizza Hut with a big smile on our faces and we can’t stop talking about how great Wei was and because of this we will be coming back more often. Keep up the good job Wei.
Food was good! The pizzas were all very delicious, they were served very fast too! However, they only accept card here.
Our server tonight was first class!! Definitely understaffed and the pizza including deserts took 2 hours from start to finish to get. If it wasn’t for her attention to detail and running the whole restaurant I reckon most customers would be scoring low or asking for a refund. She deserves recognition along with staff behind the scenes all mucking in! No management to be seen with the issues that were ongoing though and need to waken up. This goes to say with franchise owner also. Clearly looking at reviews issues need addressed.
The service was excellent and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We made full use of the unlimited pizza, pasta, salad, soft drinks, and ice cream option! The food was great too, and all freshly made and plentiful
Yes, that's the reason I typed in through your complicated platform. I am not sure her name. She is a Lady, middle size , wearing a black glasses. May be Ashishs, I am not 100% sure. When I got the seats in this restaurant that was assigned by a purple color hair highlighted , I think she was a manager. After that, Amazing serving is starting, the waitress (wearing black glasses, middle age, good english) served us. She is kind , respect , polite. I have been living in UK over past 2.5 years. I visited over 100 restaurants regarding edinburgh, London, Manchester and some 5 start hotel restaurant. I can say she is the best serving i never see in UK. She is helpful, always smile, sincerely on her job. I watched her operations during last night. That's wonderful. I can say if any boss or organization can employ a staff like her. No customer will complaint and will have a very good image. I will definitely go back this branch. Finally, Thanks for her hard work. Top rating services. !
the food, and was glad to see there was parmesan cheese and chilli flakes. The food came out very quick and when we were getting full, the take away boxes were provided very quickly (before we asked)

I'll stay home next time and get the takeaway that costs me 20 and the pizza sauce tastes similar to pizzahut.
Took the kids here at their request as they wanted 'special ice cream'. They especially enjoyed getting to visit the ice cream station and choose their own toppings etc. It was very busy but the staff were nice and worked hard to keep on top of things
The buffet experience was great, good place when you have young kids and the staffs were really helpful and understanding. Big thanks to Chloe, her colleagues and Manager!!!
A bit expensive but our server chloe was lovely & a lovely place to finish up my little boy's birthday.
Our server Aswina was lovely and explained the menu a little more as it did look a little complicated, but we got what we asked for and enjoyed our meal very much
Attentive staff that caters to your needs, a pattern for this great franchise. The place is busy, but the tables are usually available and clean. No complaints, and the Veggie Vegan Cheese Pizza was amazing. Definitely recommended for a movies night!
