I took my mum and daughter for a meal after Mama Mia to celebrate my mum's birthday. Great service and helpful staff. All three of us really enjoyed our meals

Went there for lunch recently. I ordered a ABC (avocado, bacon and cheese) sale the salad was scrumptious and fresh. The tastes were spots on, even though they were a little liberal with the dressing. However it tasted spit on.
We also ordered spaghetti and meat balls, this dish was a little off, I have had a better spaghetti and meatballs at much smaller places. My wife even had a bad stomach after eating it. (Though I'm hoping it was not the dish which did that, however that is the only thing she ate that afternoon).
Seating and the staff were splendid, specially if you can get a table next to the glass wall overlooking the ocean.
Great place to be with friends...especially in the evenings---to enjoy the wonderful sunset at the ocean terminal....
Located at the 1st floor of the shopping complex...the seating on the asile offers a wonderful view of the Royal Yatch Britannia and the sunset....

Very relaxed ambience, lovely staff- they made our day (super polite, fast service and very welcoming). We had a pepperoni pizza, skin on fries and a salad- everything tasted fresh and yummy. The pizza was thin crust- just as we like it. Recommend for a light lunch after a visit to the Britannia.
Its a great restaurant, great for families especially. I think that the highlight is absolutely the service though! We were served by a very kind, bald man who had great taste in jewellery. He checked in on us and was really funny! I hope he has a great day!
Fastest service I have ever experienced! Had 20 minutes to eat before we had to get to the airport. Not only did they serve our burgers and fries in record time but the food was piping hot and one of the best burgers and fries my husband and I have ever had. Simply amazing! Walked in the door at 2:30 and were out the door at 2:50! Wow!
From getting there till leaving, the staff looked after us well. We were greeted from a pleasant and happy lady, even offered if we wanted to sit in or at the window. With lovely views the window seat seemed the correct choice. However at 19.30 it wasn't comfortable with the sun beating on us. The food came very quickly, I was happy with this, got the wings for starter. Soon after finishing we were given our main meals. Everything tasted great, and I never realised how much food I was getting. Will be back again.
We are visiting for a few weeks and want to get out and see what we can find. We stopped into the mall and found this place. The views are amazing. We ordered a pizza to share and a beer for the husband and a cider for myself. Plus two waters. Everything was fantastic. The waitress/hostess was moving as quick as she could and was polite and charming. Made our day.
Paddy is an amazing server, he is a caring individual and checked up on us frequently. Very pleasant experience. Great food professionally served by Paddy himself. Lovely staff such as Emilia and Basia. Fast service would recommend.
Great place to come and eat-staff are always polite and friendly! Service with a smile and banter goes along way. My girls and I always feel welcomed when we come monthly to have dinner. Amelia and Paddy are always on hand to greet us and go above and beyond with their customer service.
A nice place to have a meal with the family. They have a nice variety of dishes with a good kids' menu. People were friendly but not attentive enough, we had a couple of mix-ups with the orders. Tried the steak and the burger and the kids' pizza, as well the cheesecake, all was good.
Food and drinks were amazing, but service can be improved maybe the waitresses can focus on some customers more and smile more felt weird but the service was fast which was lovely
Dropped in without reservation on a Saturday between lunch and dinner. Not usually the brand of choice, but Ocean terminal is calm and stress free so a good place to unwind. Service was very good after being slow to acknowledge at check in area. We shared a delicious platter of well cooked and at perfect temperature, Steak, Ribs, Chicken, BBQ Beans, Pasta, Fries and an order of side salad followed by a rolo cookie dough dessert. When the creators of F & B create menus this is how they would expect it to be executed, I am tempted to try a branch closer to home but I am not sure they can match the delicious experience we had this weekend

Best family restaurant, excellent food.
We have visited this place for a family meal, booking is essential to get our slot with table.
Food was excellent as usual, kids menu was good to treat the little ones. Drinks to complement the menu.
Plenty space for cars, Covid rules well maintained. Really a wonderful occasion at Frankie and benny’s in Ocean terminal, Edinburgh.
Excellent, warm welcome and helpful staff who went out to find us decaff coffee because they had run out.

Really nice views from the restaurant across the Forth to Fife. Food was very good and service from Wera was excellent. Good to see a wide selection of gluten free options. Will definitely return
Great meal had here last weekend when visiting The Royal Brittania, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good and fast service will be coming back.
Literally just left Frankie & bennys after a day out with 2 of the kids, been here a few times and food was delicious, couldn’t thank them, but this time round the food was a bit disappointing I must say, so In regards to that I had a word with management and he provided 1st class service to us, very reasonable! Ended up discounting our food for us due to taking our disappointment into consideration so I cannot thank the service I was receiving, there’s not many managers that would have done that either which also surprised me so thanks again. Very much appreciated.
Visiting here with my mate for a lunch. Had a lovely Vegan Hot Dog with chips. Love to come back again and friendly staff.
