I suffer with Asperger’s Syndrome And was very nervous, but Scott (the doyen of Baristas) was most patient and kind. I love this branch, it is big, open and has lots of natural light coming in. Also the coffee and panini are fantabulous

I didn't have any food but had a coffee while I was waiting to meet a friend. They, like Starbucks, are overpriced for what you get, but the latte was warm, and the service was decent enough. The shop was quiet, which is why the rating is lower

The coffee shop has been revamped and is a lot more socially arranged.

Great coffee, sandwiches & sweets, wonderful staff, cozy decor! The only downside is that sometimes when it gets busy it's hard to find a seat, and it can get quite loud with all the customers in there so it may not always be a quiet place to study/write for those so inclined.

Best Costa around, 1, it's quite and you can get a seat. 2, best service I've ever had in Costa by a lad named Scott, what a asset for your company he is.

Such a relaxing atmosphere, great place to order a coffee and chill, staff service was lovely and felt welcomed and not rushed to leave after my coffee was finished. Not too empty or too busy.

Service came with a smile from all the ladies who served us. Producing a good cup of coffee takes time and if your in a queue it can take a long time but when it arrives its good. Nice large cafe with plenty of space so chilling out in this Costa coffe house was a pleasure. Been there a few times and its always busy which tells you how much its loved.
