The food is amazing but we were given the bill when we were still eating. Our table was also cleared before we had finished our food and we felt quite uneasy
This place serves the best ramen I've ever had! They made vegetarian ramen, which was amazing, because it's so hard to find vegetarian food here. They had wonderful service and the food was authentic and delicious. And the prices were so very reasonable, even cheap!
Laid back Noodle Bar, place with perfect Asian food and good affordable prices. Nothing fancy just decent noodle bar with easy going staff.
Love it. Great food and prices. Portions are massive. Definitely my favourite restaurant in Edinburgh!
Brilliant prices and fantastic food, big portions. Kid's meal was just right for my picky 9 year-old, she loved that she got to pick a main and 2 sides for £5, the set Japanese meal only £7-20 and the soup was really filling and only £6.
Excellent grounded restaurant that often has a free table for drop in dinners. Top notch food from a variety of Asian styles at an incredible price. Service can be a touch slow sometimes but you won't regret a visit.
An unusual place for a pre-theatre meal. As I was having dinner by myself, I was on the look out for a simple eating place. Glad i chose this cafe style restaurant. The menu has quite a wide range of choices. Really impressed with the fried rice I ordered; very fresh and lots of flavour without the taste of MSG.
Nice little Asian food restaurant. Not really a "noodle bar" and more of a restaurant, in fact, there is no bar. Food is good value, take away is just the same price as eating in so there is no advantage to not sitting in and eating. The fried dumplings are nice for a starter and the mains are all around a fiver, depending on what you order you could go there and have drinks and food for a tenner, eating in.
Large selection of pan Asian noodle & rice dishes. Portions are large & prices pretty reasonable for central Edinburgh so not a bad place to fill up. The Singapore noodles I had were pretty average but perfectly okay. Have seen a few complaints about service here & althoigh I found this on the fast/efficient side rather than friendly, it was fine by me.
One of my favourite places to eat in Edinburgh although not everyone will like it. The menu is huge and a little bit complicated. The portion sizes are massive and the food is great, cheap comfort food. The staff are a little rude so don't expect great customer service and they only except cash which is annoying. It's not what you are looking for if you want fine dining but if you want a full belly and cheap food I can totally recommend it.

Cheap and well served portions of noddles and rice.
I wouldn't recommend to go out of those two options (maybe Dumplings) but honestly the rice and the noodles are the primes and the good thing there.
Even though you have a lot of options after a few visits you discover that they are not very different between them.
I go at least a couple of times every month. Is one of the places to have something apart than kebab that close the latests (I've arrived at 10 and they serve you with a happy face).
