This was my 1st time here and it won't be my last.
Stupendous burgers, a brilliant atmosphere like a real American burger bar, staff all working non stop and generating a contagious happy atmosphere.
The incredible fries .. nothing anywhere else compares. Simply The best

Pitty I had to come all the way down from Inverness to Edinburgh so i could experience myself the well deserved reputation of excellence.
Food was great. Cheeseburger and bacon cheese dog are great so are the cajun chips. Can't fault the food. Only thing is it's a bit expensive but still really good

never waited long but they could do with a speaker system so you can hear when your food is ready

Best Burger and fries, but 2.95 for a portion of fries is abit much. I was in with my daughter for lunch, abit of a wait but worth it.
Tried it, loved it. Blows those other 2 burger chains out the water. Milkshakes amazing. Yes pricey but worth it as an occasional treat.
Me and Ryan tried here for the first time yesterday food was brilliant we both enjoyed it. We will be back. It was worth every penny and we love the freestyle juice machine

An excellent burger customised to your own personal taste and also enjoyed the American style theme. I find the chain extremely over priced considering it is still fast-food burger and chips however...
I have wanted to go here for ages, and I was slightly underwhelmed by it. The whole ordering process was confusing, it made me feel a little rushed. The juices options were fun, they do all sorts of flavoured fizzy drinks. My burger was good, but nothing too special. All in all id go again but not in a hurry.
Another best burger joint. you can totally build your own burger. the options are endless and chips are fab too. they got quite fancy drink machine and i kinda liked it, kept on experimenting mixed flavours. would definitely recommend

This is the place- handy tip eat the nuts , have fun on the drinks machine and ask for the works ;)
A good hamburger...that's what I would call it. You choose the base and add as many toppings as you want (sauce, mushrooms, lettuce, pickles, onions, hot peppers, etc.)
The downside for me: too hard fried meat and everything too wet, falling apart.
The Manager served me and was very friendly and helpful, and my food and milkshake were amazing. The service was very fast!
We came here after the cinema with my partner and son as a wee treat and it was just what we needed.

Delicious burgers, the best fries of pretty much anywhere, and speedy friendly service. It's not the cheapest burger joint around, but it's one of the best.

My husband and I had our lunch here last Sunday. We ordered a hamburger, a cheeseburger, some fries and a drink. We helped ourselves to some free peanuts while waiting for our order and they were pretty fragrant and lightly salted.
The burgers were the best we’d had in a long time; the buns were soft with crusty edges and the double patties were so juicy. Just thinking about this makes me want to go back and get myself another burger.
I want to give a shout-out to Emma, the cashier who was always smiling and super sweet and friendly to all the customers. A true asset to Five Guys and the community she is. Thank you very much for making our day, Emma! 🥤😉
Great service and my custom BLT was so fresh and tasty. The fries are tasty too and a huge portion! Enough for two people to be honest.
Love the peanuts while waiting and the milkshakes are to die for.
Only downside is this store can be quite noisy as it's just a big open space with no dividers to break the noise of cooking and customers talking etc.
A great burger place
I have to admit that Five Guys is probably the best of the biggest burger networks and this particular one is not different.
I can fully recommend this as far superior to other famous brands and I'm not joking.
Chips are divine, I'd like to know the secret for their tatse! Burgers with plenty of toppings to choose from bit mind that you won't make a 'fancy gourme' one here. It's just a really tasty burger.
Now where it comes to shakes, go for it. Most of the flavours are great, and only one or two flavors just felt too sweet for me.
Overall its a great experience, fantastic value for price and memorable chips.
Five guys does 2 things right, burgers and fries. And when I say they do them right, I'd say bear the pinnacle of what they can be crispy fries, not those floppy things you'll be used to. Hamburgers cooked fresh right in front of you, and a plethora of toppings to choice from the possibilities are near endless. Just when you think the experience is done food is served in paper bags which gives a lovely 1950s dinner vibe to the place and it has a wide choice of drinks to choice from with there coke free flow machine and also have a excellent choice of milkshakes. And have vegetarian options with there grilled cheese sandwiches I know its not much buy maybe in the future more options will be available.i will say it's not the cheapest restaurant for burgers and fries but I think the price is representative of the quality.if you haven't tried 5 guys before I would say it is a must
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Five Guys, Fort Kinnaird and I must say that my experience was nothing short of outstanding. While the burgers were undoubtedly delicious, it was the impeccable service and remarkable management skills of the manager on shift that truly elevated my visit to a whole new level.
Food and service are great. Was early evening, so not overly busy. Wish they did free refills on the soft drinks.
Super friendly staff and the food is excellent.
It is expensive however the food is really good and the portions are big!

Absolutely love the burgers and fries here you can have as many toppings as you want and they are all free. Nothing has been frozen, all burgers made fresh.
The milkshakes are awesome. There burgers are more expensive than the other high street burger shops but it is well worth the money as they are in a different league.
I have an expensive taste & their burgers & fries are delicious,definitely be back there soon.
