I tried the rodo flatbread with paprika fries and it was freshly made, delicious and filling! The prices were low and the food quality very good. Definitely a must try! It’s a shame that they’re open for only short durations!
Had the falafel sandwich with a smoky sauce and it was delightful. Obviously all freshly made, friendly service and a nice relaxing atmosphere. Also had homemade chocolate brownie with coffee which were very much to my liking. Also couldn’t resist trying the Malta Guinness. Beautiful. So glad I fin
I have just visited Bongou Cafe. I've eaten chicken flatbread, it was my first meal of the day. It could not get aby better! Great mixture of ingredients, just enough spicy... And ohhh God! A great local cafe with amazing food that is a welcome change from regular cafe food. I got the chicken Shawarma and it was packed full of flavour and tasted so fresh. The drinks are always prepared with care. The staff are so friendly and even on busy days will go out of their way to make you feel

I've had so many lovely times here whilst living and working in Edinburgh. I can't recommend this place enough! My favourite is the flatbread sandwich which I'd normally have with a cappuccino. Tosin and Connor are warmest and friendliest people you'll encounter. The service is great from all the st
"The best brownies ever", according to my son. It was difficult to choose among all the mouth-watering options. In the end we went for the raspberry, marshmallow, Oreo and biscoff flavours, decadently sprinkled with edible gold. As well as beautifully presented, they were all delicious, moist and ri
Great little cafe in the neighbourhood. I often swing by here during the week when I’m working from home and I just want a quick bite to eat and a break from my flat. The staff are always super friendly and the flatbread sandwiches are amazing. I’ve brought both my parents here when they come to vis
