Haymarket - Edinburgh - Photo album

We’ve been walking by for a week so on our wander to find food this evening we stopped in. I had the steak pie and hubby had a cheese burger. The pie literally could have gone in my pocket and been fine it was so tightly made. lol Just beef in crust. The side veg were not really cooked except the ca
A visit for lunch before taking the train. Perfect location for a great meal and a drink. Two minutes walk from the train station Baitiful atmosphere and lovely helpful staff. It's a must I think. Had Haggis and chicken pai, tasted great.
The Haymarket pub is a great location to pop in for a drink or some grub! I visited the bar on a Thursday evening with friends and we found it to be exactly what we were looking for! Staff: The staff were very friendly and atrentive! They let me taste test a few of their Ale's before deciding on th
We visited here before dinner. Just drink and small bite! It was so good. All staffs were very kind. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
Very nice and polite staff, chicken pie and haggis full of flavour. The gravy was amazing. Very creamy mashed potatoes. Totally worth It.
Popped in on Saturday with my partner. Tried the fish pie (already tried other pies) which was on. My partner had the steak pie and enjoyed it but like an earlier reviewer the veg a bit old looking. I’ve found the same in other Nicolson pubs around the town. Staff friendly enough and good service.
Good food, nice pint and great service. Cool spot to chill and have a break away.
Very busy pub on a Friday evening but it was the night before a 6 Nations match. Sat for food very quickly even though we hadn't booked. Order from the table or bar, extensive menu & really good prices. Staff very helpful and the food was so delicious! The Stovies were gorgeous! Very lively but in a
Visited here on a trip to Edinburgh. Was quiet, which we didn't mind. Think we called in here twice for drinks whilst here and both times staff were pleasant and friendly. We did hope to grab some food here but we're told they weren't doing any. This didn't really matter and didn't spoil our visit.
A very nice classic Pub with a lot of the classics on the menu, including a very good Fish and Chips en delicious Pies, and the pies are the real pies with pastry all around. The drinkies are also very good, with 5 lagers on draft, including a few fantastic local Edinburgh lagers. A really must go
The atmosphere is really cool, liked it so much. The food was good! We had to wait a bit but Mel did everything she could to accomodate us as best as possible. There was an issue with the food and she arranged a new plate and everything immediately. Even though some things went wrong, we would defin
Good food - variety of meals on offer Right on the corner of the main road - served by trams & buses 🚌. Loos are upstairs access toilet is on grd floor ,
Took a large group of staff and clients for drinks in here. Clients were from all over the UK and were amazed by the very friendly, chatty, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Even advising and helping them choose whiskies. Excellent service.
Very busy spot with a small area for serving food. The pub is big and feel its potential would be further increased if it was all open to dining. Friendly and efficient staff and food is beautiful. Service charge included. Worth a visit.
Reserved the mezzanine floor for retirement drinks for my friends and colleagues. It was a great space and close to the bar. The one thing that was missing was a notice that the space was booked as we had to ask a few people to leave until I asked the bar staff if they could put a sign up.
What a place. I was served all day by the three amigos. Daniel, Michael and Jack. Despite Michael lacking in the comedy department I thought the service was second to none. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a bite to eat or even a quick pint while waiting on their train.
