Lively neibourhood cafe. Great healthy breakfast (salad, salmon on toast, eggs, humus), tasty coffee, reasonable prices, friendly and fast staff, dog friendly. What else do you need to start your perfect day?
Very nice cafe at the corner of Balfour Street and Leith Walk. Good list of food options, we tried the Ham and Cheese toast and Eggs on toast, both very delicious at a reasonable price. The waiting staff were very nice, helpful and attentive. Four stars because they didn't have menus to take for your table and the tables are a bit too closely together for my liking.
This coffee shop is sooo warm! I love it’s decoration!!! Also the coffee here is really nice and the staffs here are quite friendly! I will défi come to visit again!
Perfect flat whites! However, only 4 starts because of the sweets and pastry, they seemed somehow not that fresh, especially the croissant (we were there in the early morning, ca. 30 min after they’d opened) - the cakes are very tasty compared though. The burek with olives and feta is amazing and comes together with salad and humus, which is a plus.
I wasn’t expecting anything this good. The coffee is delicious and the service is wonderful, but it’s the food that stands out here. Their boreks are to die for (I got the potato borek), and I would absolutely drink the hummus and olive oil they serve with it. Highly recommend this place whether you’re a local or on holiday!
The weather was nice so I went for a walk. When I saw the outdoor seats I decided to stop and take a coffee.

Friendly staff
Tea and service were good but the pastries were awful and stale. They tasted like they were day olds from a grocery store. I would avoid these if possible.
Lots of great dog watching outside though.
Like this café a lot. The staffs here patiently recommended me the good meals and they are actually delicious. There are no many seats but if you get one, I think that you can have good time here.
The ham & cheese croissant 🥐 was delicious 🤤 it even came with salad. And the coffee is great, staff super friendly. Highly recommended !
Beautiful and cosy cafe place! Some great breakfast/brunch options. Their coffee and hot chocolate was delicious. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. I'd recommend to visit this place if you're around.

The food is great, it is very cozy and the people who work there are very chilled and allow people to work with their laptops on the back without pressure to leave!
Been coming here for awhile ,enjoy the coffee (unsure why haven't done a review before )very friendly service,had something to eat today ,great for a light lunch ,had the vegetarian; mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes,mayo,pesto, rocket sarny ...was greeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaat(thinking of a advert on TV :))

Lovely outside seating area and very friendly staff. Food and coffee amazing, but, coffee was cold by the time the food came. Need to serve everything together.
