Good service and reasonable price fish & chip. Friendly and quiet atmosphere for dine-in too.

After having a fantastic breakfast on our 1st day and meeting Ali, we couldn’t wait to ho back the next 4 mornings! Ali was awesome! We had some great conversations about our two countries, the local scene, and what it was like to live in Scotland! The food was delicious and the service was spectacular! I’ll be bringing my family back in April for a bite!

After a morning exploring the Royal Mile, we needed a rest and some sustenance and Luscious look very inviting and had a diverse menu. The staff were welcoming and attentive and the coffee and food did not disappoint! I had a traditional breakfast and must say that the slice of haggis complemented the other components perfectly :-) I think they're taking a well-deserved vacation now, but once they get back I thoroughly recommend locals to consider stopping in!

Google told me this was a place to eat so I went in, not really convinced I’d be satisfied with my choice. I was wrong. I order fish and chips and the portion was decent and tasty. So was the local Edinburgh beer. Some other people ordered soup of the day and seemed happy with their choices, too. A nice, small diner with reasonable pricing.

Decent food (good, but nothing special), decent coffee and average prices. Staff is friendly and nice. Doesn't have the touristic look and feel, it's more the kind of place where locals have breakfast in a rainy workday

We stopped in on a whim after a long day of walking the busy streets of Edinburgh and the quiet space with good coffee, friendly staff and amazing soup was just perfect. Highly recommend!

We came across this little cafe when we were walking down the Royal Mile and were looking for somewhere to eat. At its price the service was great (lovely ladies served us) and the food was very tasty. I ordered the Lamb Shish (grilled lamb with pita bread, chips and salad) and it was very delicious. If you’re looking for something delicious + filling yet not over priced at a tourist area, this is your go to place. PS. The world map on the wall is eye opening.

A super cozy place to eat your breakfast. Nice music, not too crowded and lovely decorations. The food was delicious and plenty, and what's also nice is that it sure isn't expensive.

Stopped by this place for a breakfast because the other one I was looking for was closed and it was a very lucky find. Their coffee is the best I've had in awhile and I know my coffees. My wife and I split up an omelet and a panini and both dishes were prepared to a perfection. It's a simple place but you won't be disappointed.

Very good light food, great craft beer! Had a lager/IPA hybrid which was excellent. Also the salmon/mango salad was amazing.
