Sodaeng - Edinburgh - Photo album

I ordered food through Uber today and didn't arrive. (Delivery problem) it just dissapeared ! And I re-ordered it with another app. I've been informed by Uber that I can't get a refund from first order (its really bad experience ) but thank you for restaurant owner's kind response. From now on, I wi
Quaint little Korean restaurant on Buccleuch Street. Make a reservation in advance as there aren't that many tables. Had quite a variety of dishes to choose from. Ordered the Oh Sam Bulgogi (stir fried squid and pork in spicy sauce) which came with rice. Good choice if you're looking for a mix of s
Love this korean restaurant. They have great hotpot that can be shared with two people and varieties of meals and side dishes. The food also is tasty although it's a bit expensive compared to other Korean restaurants around that area. But it's a nice place to experience true Korean dishes.
Very delicious Korean hot pot and grill. Recommend people who want to eat hot, asian food in Edinburgh.
Feels authentic and really, really delicious. I highly recommend. Not to mention reasonable prices and BYOB
Don't forget to bring some cash and let the staff know you are student when asking for the bill. They have 10% discount for student, 5% discount for cash payment!
Good food but a little bit small portion.
One of the best places for authentic Korean food. Tasty dishes, quick and friendly service and takes reservations so no queuing required!
Amazing food and damn the kimchi is on point. I started eating before taking pics for a review.
very cheap and delicious and have discount for student
Excellent jjampong. The seafood was fresh and tasty. Bonus points for the 5% discount for cash payments.
incredible food & super friendly staff! must must must try ☺️
I went to this lovely restaurant yesterday for lunch as it was raining heavily. It is a lovely place with very nice walls, and bowls. I ordered Deep Fried Chicken Balls, and the Squid Tentacles for the starter. The Squid was excellent and batter was light and fluffy. Will definitely visit again.
I've been picking up a lot of bibimbap from here during quarantine. It's delicious, fresh and fairly priced. The service is always so warm and welcoming. I love it!
Ordered Dak Galbi and Seo Gom Tang on Ubereats and they had packaged it very well to prevent any spillage. Coming from experience, I was a bit worried that the taste would be a bit mild but Sodaeng really delivered! The food was so good!! I did hope that their portions would be slightly larger but I
Accidentally found this small Korean restaurant. The food is great. The serving is very generous. We ordered beef bulgogi and spicy seafood noodle soup, the seafoods inside the noodle are abundant. The staffs are also friendly. Recommend!
OMG the most memorable food I have ever tasted. Will not go anywhere else after finding this hidden gem. We had sticky chicken with a slightly sweet tone. Cannot remember the name...Sorry! Wow!!! Sad I live in Glasgow. 20/10 for taste! Korean food at its best. Contender for top 3 in the World!!!!
