Came here with my family a while back and it was great. Was the first table in and the food was super fresh and came really quick. A lovely wee Indian with welcoming staff

Excellent meal. Really delicious. We always liked this restaurant it is consistently good and reasonably priced but this visit was especially nice. Also enjoy it because it is spacious and doesn't get too busy.

Have driven past Jashans many times. Tonight we decided to try it and ordered food to be delivered. I think we have found the BEST Indian food in Edinburgh. All three dishes had such great flavour and a perfect balance of spices. The delivery driver was very nice and polite and the food arrived exactly at the time expected. We will be back.

Never disappointed when I eat here. Food is delicious and staff are excellent. They accommodated 11 of us for a birthday lunch with no issues. I can't wait until I have another excuse for a visit!

This was my first time from this place, since I stay nearby so opted for the take away. We had the Bhuna chicken with garlic nan and peshawari nan. I can say by far it was the best Indian food we had in Edinburgh in the last 1 year. The quantity is sufficient for two people and the food was delicious and piping hot. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Nice staff, great food, decent prices! Often quite empty so it's easy to get a seat. This is not because it's a bad place, far from it! Jashans has a great selection of tasty indian food!

Good traditional curry house. A bit chaotic after opening but quickly back on the rails. Good service and reasonable value.

I go to this Indian take away and restaurant regularly. I've waited a while before posting but the standards remain high. I will continue to eat in and order from here. Edinburgh has a few great take away restaurants and this is up there with the best.

Edinburgh really struggles with good sit-in Indian restaurants so this was a relief to find one that ticks all the boxes. The food was tasty and my Jalfrazi had plenty of green chillies in it. The pakora was of a high standard as well which is a real rarity these days. The place is well set out decor wise and is very fresh (no stinky carpet!) and the loos are good. Service quick, friendly and efficient and it was all on the inexpensive side, which may be partly due to its relatively remote location away from the city centre. Oh, and the Cobra beer even tasted better than usual.
