A little run down but with sort of rustic charm. Looks small from the outside but they have a much larger room out back. They sell a range of vinnoisseries with cut prices on yesterdays leftovers as well as patisserie items like opera cake and standard cafe fare (soup and sandwiches). Nothing exceptional, bit have a great value deal of a coffee and traybake for 3.25
Brilliant little spot for a quiet breakfast at the weekends. Good for coffee and croissants or waffles. Rustic charm in abundance - the furniture may feel a little haphazard, but the food and coffee make it work like a treat.
Warm, friendly and with a very french air, Patisserie Florentin is always a good option when in Stockbridge. This quaint little place is always full of locals ready to enjoy their delicious croissants and baked goods. Good place for a relaxed and simple breakfast/brunch. Make sure you get one of the tables at the back of the place. It's quiet and nice there ;)
Absolutely delicious food, however, be warned it is VERY busy in the mornings. Took about half an hour to be served a scone and a croissant. I would say it is worth the wait though as they serve some of the best croissants I've ever tasted.
The turmeric latte was good. But I don’t know why staffs here were quite indifferent…? I stood in front of the counter for several minutes but no one cared me and let me order.
absolutely delightful little gem, saved our lives after a cold journey in search of lunch, with places closed or closing all around us, this restaurant was a shining beacon of light, serving customers hearty food at an amazing price with excellent service 👍🏻

Nice cafe with great atmosphere. Latte was delicious, as was my millionaire shortbread. Everyone I was with seemed to enjoy theirs too! The tables are a little small though, but we were a large party so I suppose that’s to be expected. The staff were nice if a little rushed. Prices were reasonable. Liked it!

Great little urban café. Very busy in the morning with dine-in and takeaways. Seating indoors or out side weather permitting. Friendly service, nice coffee and snacks, plenty of food options.
The best cafe in Stockbridge! Stopped in for lunch and cake recently and thoroughly enjoyed the food and fun atmosphere in Patisserie Florentin. There's a great selection of cakes and sweet treats. We had lemon and fruit tart which were delicious. I had a savoury vegetarian croissant which was amazing. Coffee is delicious. There's a fun vibe to this cafe and staff were so accommodating and friendly. Family and dog friendly. I observed staff giving a dog a treat and some water.

This is my favourite local cafe - the customer service is just amazing & locals love coming to this place for a coffee & some desert delights. The menu is very basic but the food is outstanding. Not over priced at all which is nice and they have free wi-fi for people wanting to go online.

We’ve had breakfast/lunch here every day of our visit to Edinburgh. The staff was super friendly and helpfull. The food was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere in the place is nice, cosy and home like.
